I'm sad that this place is closing down because it's the only brewery in Santa Rosa area that has a nice view, which is the lake. They don't have much food options, however, their drinks are good. I definitely recommend you visit this place before they close down.

Overrated brewery. Came here because a friend likes Racer 5, but even they weren't overly impressed by the establishment. Service was ehh, and our drinks were just alright. We didn't bother staying for food as nothing look appetizing. Overall, came here to just say we went.

Brought one of my kids here for lunch. We each got a pizza and enjoyed the pleasant scenery. The staff was kind and patient, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. I wish they would bring back the fungi pizza, though! ?

There are so many brewery places here in Santa Rosa, but this one has to be one of my favorites! Very spacious on the inside and outside. I went around 7pm on a Saturday and it was not to busy at all. They even offered us a free garlic fries because they made an extra order which was nice of them to do. Menu has a lot of options to choose from whether you want beers, cocktails or food. We order two pizzas and they were both delicious and fresh! (Chicken Bacon/Margarita Pizza) Cocktails were at reasonable prices and good too. Whenever I come back in town, I definitely have to try out the rest of the menu!

Chose this place because it accomodates larger parties, and we wanted to have a casual sit-down dinner. The server Gabe was great, and we commend him. He was energetic, helpful, catered to our needs, and exceeded our expectations.We ordered a couple of pizzas ?, salads ?, soups ? , appetizers, burgers ? . I personally enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, and the brussel sprouts. The beer ?, Racer 5, was tasty.The ambience was chill. They have a nice outdoor seating area that is cool on a sunny ? day.

Racer 5 was one of the first IPAs I ever liked. From there I went to so many different great beers but Bear Republic always has a special place in my heart. Nice family oriented place to go to, the food was good but the veggie burger was maybe the best I've ever had. I like they have other spots around now too, sometimes it's a little hard to get out this way but when we're in the area, we definitely stop by.

Big family after wedding rehearsal dinner for 28 people. The place was awesome for this event. There was plenty of space in an outside area. Also nice bathrooms. The servers did a great job communicating with everyone for food and drinks. Great food and beer. Pizza, wings, fries.
Rachel was great at helping us navigate our hangry eyes on the menu. I had the Brie and Garlic burger and it was *amazing*. Fries are battered and delicious. Everyone loved their meal. Yummy food. Easy parking. Friendly service. Clean bathrooms. What more can you ask for?

We came here with a group, and had an interesting experience.Our server did a great job at taking our order and making sure the checks came out correctly, and she did a great job keeping drinks full.However, the kitchen coordination as to when the food arrived was odd. I had not even ordered yet and most everyone in my party was done eating.The food was fair and the atmosphere was lovely...and I am sure if you had a party of 4, you would be happy with how fast the food arrived.

FABULOUS PLACE FOR A LARGE GROUP/PARTY!! We just had my husbands surprise 50th party at Bear Republic. We rented the Tiki Room/Patio and it was perfect for our group of 60 people!! Marci and his crew made this event so easy! As soon as we rented the space Marci was so easy to communicate with and you could tell he really wanted to make this a good party for us. I really could not have asked for a better location and better people to work with for this event!! Thank you Marci!!
