I ordered my food just a Vietnamese bread ,waiting for 30minutes when I see nobody on the line waiting at all.I saw it finished since21.17 but I had to go to the counter and asked for it many times and got it at 9.40 pm and nobody said sorry or anything VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

Very lousy service. It took almost an hour for 2 sandwich orders. Not only once but 3 experiences. It seems that they are doing this in purpose. Their excuse is prioritizing soup orders and short of staff. They should serve on a first come first serve basis. My no. one concern is the staff are very rude.

My soup came out not hot at all. I asked the guy in the yellow shirt if they could microwave it, but he said they don’t have one — which I understand. Then he asked if I wanted hot water… what am I supposed to do with that? He even checked the soup’s temperature but instead of apologizing, he responded sarcastically. As you can see, the noodles were still hard. Very disappointed with the experience.

We had breakfast there on 9/16/25. Initially, the service we received was okay, but then when they brought our our food, they screwed it up that the extra side I ordered, was placed in my companions plate. They had the audacity to tell me that I should scoop out my share of the side out of my companion's plate! When I dared to ask if the side in my companion's plate equate to two orders of it, the wait staff gave me major attitude!! Absolutely unacceptable behavior. We will never ever dine there again!

Don't try their Boba. It tasted more like water and milk, it had no flavor. The Taro was too bland and their mango was more milk can never taste the mango.

They took my order right before they closed and even substituted my noodles for pho noodles instead of Thai noodles. I never got the vibe that they were upset having customers right before close like most places would be cranky or complaining. Food was phenomenal. 10/10
