I am not racist in any way I have taught my children to respect everyone regardless of there ethnicity racism has NO PLACE IN THE U.S. Why are there nothing but Mexicans working at Carl's Jr. and I have noticed this at many fast food restaurants I know white people that have been applying for 2 years without a call or interview It seems once a Mexican gets to be Manager only Mexicans are hired usually there friends or family RACISM 100% ?

I was literally at the opening party for this restaurant approximately 37 years ago. I've experienced every manager to come through here. I'm not big on reviews. I should be because I'm also in customer service. However, something happened a couple weeks ago, that I just feel I have to express my feelings on the management here. The manager, Irwin, Ivan?? I'm bad with names. He's been here a decade or two. He is so accommodating. Lets face it, I'm picky and needy. He always takes a few seconds to lean out the DT window and ask me how my day is going. What can I say?? I eat that up. He's always at the restaurant. I suggest y'all give him a raise before he goes to BK. Just saying..... Before I go. Something needs to be said about that little girl that usually works in the morning. Britney. I'm not going to lie. I've been trying to get her to work with me for about 2 years now. Can't get her to leave. Such a wonderful young lady. I hope this restaurant knows what it has. I'm not familiar with the other employees, but I do know that my food is always hot, fresh and delicious. When I've been inside it's always clean. I always check the restrooms first when I eat somewhere, restrooms can tell a lot about a place... They're always clean stocked. Thank you guys!!
