This is the best all around Mexican food I’ve had in the Santa Rosa area. I’ve had their chile relleno, tostadas, and enchiladas. All amazing. Rice and beans are flavorful. Big portions. Meats are spiced and cooked well. Nothing bland here.

I ate dinner here for the first time. The food was terrific. Large portions and excellent prices. The Chili Relleno was excellent and authentic. I will definitely return. The restaurant was just average in decor, more like most chain type places. The service was very good and friendly in spite of being pretty busy.

Such an underrated spot! The restaurant is very clean and elegant. Upon entering, I was greeted by their friendly staff and was promptly attended to. They brought out chips and salsa before my meal, which tasted fresh. I went with the Macho Burrito and I have no regrets as it was a huge burrito for a great price on top of tasting delicious! Their tamarindo agua fresca is also one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

I stay at Oxford suites and I never knew this was here? Maybe it’s new and if it is you should go there. I had a really good California burrito made to my specifications :) kids had tacos and burritos and everyone loved their food. See you next trip!

Great place next to Starbucks. There were a lot of people eating here and I'm so glad we decided to give it a try! We enjoyed the Camarones a La Hacienda and it was so yummy. Great vegetarian beans and rice too. Really enjoyed our dinner here and the service was perfect. Definitely coming back soon.
Vegetarian options: Usual veggie fare of Mexican food places. Beans and rice are NOT made with chicken broth.
Parking: Lots of spots and it's next to Starbucks.
We had Carmen's La Hacienda cater our 40th Wedding Anniversary Party for 50! Everyone kept saying how delicious the food was! It was absolutely the MOST DELICIOUS food! Angel, the manager, was so helpful and made sure we had ALL that was needed! Thank you Angel and staff for a most memorable special occasion with our family and friends! Oh, and the Diablo sauce ...Outta this world. It was so good! I highly recommend Carmen's for any occasion or just for a meal. They don't disappoint!
