Madison was the most professional and super efficient. She was accomdating and sweet. Unfortunately, the Ribeye steak was salty and had to return to be cooked a proper medium which it still was not. It came out rare. The potato was rotten in the center, but Madison replaced it. The second potato was over salted and undercooked. The salad was good. And I have a 30 year understanding of food service as a chef. So please do not tell me I do not understand how the steaks are to be properly prepared.

I had the salmon with teriyaki glaze. All I know for sure is that I spent the next 24 hrs near the toilet of my motel room

Cattlemen's is a classic ranch-style steakhouse with a cozy vibe and hearty portions. The meat was okay, but not amazing – it lacked that extra tenderness and flavor punch. However, the service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere felt like a laid-back ranch gathering, with wooden decor and dim lighting.Overall, while the meat could've been better, Cattlemen's is still a nice spot for a hearty meal and a chill atmosphere.

I like Cattlemens. Let me say that from the start. I have to say however that the service I have received from the Rohnert Park location has not impressed me in the slightest. The taste of the food is fine. That I cannot complain about. The service has reached a point however that I will probably not return to the Rohnert Park location.I wanted to say that it’s only when I have ordered takeout that there have been issues. But in reviewing with family members the various times we have visited the restaurant; I have been reminded of at least one issue that occurred while dining in.To try and be brief, I will list most of the issues as bullet points:Missing toppings for baked potatoes like sour cream or bacon bits when they have been requestedAdding toppings that were specifically asked to be removed, such as chivesMissing extras such as butter for the bread or any bar-b-que sauce when we asked for extraAsking for a steak to be cooked medium and arriving home to find it was well done.Missing mushrooms from a chopped steak. The dining-in issue occurred when we had specifically gone to the restaurant for Prime Rib. We had placed our orders and had been served our salad when they came out and told us that they didn’t have any Prime Rib cooked less than medium well as there had been a mistake made the previous night in the daily preparation. If they knew that they did not have any medium or medium rare cuts, why did they not tell us when we ordered?Tonight’s issue is really the final straw for us. My daughter ordered a T-Bone steak. Now as T-Bone should be nearly equal parts sirloin and New York strip. The steak we received was almost all sirloin (the cheaper side) and just enough of the New York strip to cover the bone. We basically paid $10 more for a bit more sirloin than you get when you order just a straight up sirloin steak. Oh, we got the bone too, I guess.I’ve tried calling and to the store’s credit we have received compensation cards at times but I could probably save money by just going to the store and cooking the dinner myself. It’s just not worth it at this point.

This will be my first visit at the new location. I always had a positive experience at the Farmers Lane location in Santa Rosa. I dined at this location when it was Outback Steakhouse. Stay tuned

My server Binyam was very courteous and attentive on my visit today, when I asked him for vegetables instead of beans for my “The chopper” he went out of his way to offer me a sample of chilli…this is what I call dedication ??

Not the best prime rib I've ever had but not bad had a sweetness to it that I did not care for. Salad was boring. They changed the vegetable then said they didn't have it but didn't tell me until after the prime rib was brought to the table. The atmosphere is loud.

Cattlemens is my favorite restaurant in Sonoma County. I love the Prime Rib and use it as a standard when comparing prime rib at other restaurants. I always come back to Cattlemens. I have probably been coming to these restaurants for 20 years. You get salad and warm bread included with your meal. It truly is the best overall value for price, portions, clean atmosphere, and great staff.

Cattleman's has some of the best steak I've had. They do pay attention to the type of meat cooking that you want. The drinks are very generous and reasonable pricing!
