Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chicken was way too salty and the portions were small for the amount the charge.

The last two times I have gone to this location, they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t eat meat or cheese and the last time I went there, I realized halfway through eating my burrito at home that there was cheese in it. I just threw the rest away and moved on. It happens, and there was nothing I could do about it. This time there was a large piece of beef in the burrito. I noticed it immediately and spit it out, and I didn’t see any other chunks so I tentatively continued eating because that was all I had for dinner. I soon found a full load of beef in it and just threw it away. I haven’t had dairy in 10 years and meat in 21. Again, stuff happens, but I definitely don’t feel like I can trust this location any more.

Staff acts like they would rather be anywhere but there. The portions are measly. They basically skimped on everything in my order. First time I had a burrito bowl that weighed about 8 ounces. All the ingredients were well below the lip of the bowl.

Super paltry servings of meat and guac. The lady said they were “out of cheese because the staff hadn’t prepared enough” on a Saturday night at 8:30pm….. go to Santa Rosa their locations are way better

I have been there twice in the past week and enjoyed it for Chipotle.
Servive is very good and so were my burritos.

I’m usually happy with Chipotles service and food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this branch in Rohnert Park.The person who waited on me was innatentive and rude. The chicken rice bowl was watery. Won’t be back.

The girls inside are rude. No greeting just “what can I get you?” The counter was forty af with food all over it. I felt very rushed. The girl damn near left out my chicken for my kids meal. I asked for a small side of queso & they charged me for a large. Over all poor customer service, rude people working and sorry restaurant. Definitely won’t be back :)

They skimp. Only give larger orders to their employees and certain individuals. Gave me small portion and guy in front of me got hella.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m guessing the management is terrible. I’ve given this location so many chances and decided it was time for a review. They are constantly out of major ingredients. The morale must be awful because every time I go everyone seems miserable and they are definitely not friendly. Major bad vibes and always being out of stuff. If you need chipotle go to the Santa Rosa location- SO much better.

We all know Chipotle tastes okay~ This location was out of cheese. I asked if they could substitute their “cheese sauce”. They said that would be an extra charge. I asked if there would be a discount since there was no cheese to include. They said no. You can’t have it both ways Chipotle. I was going to order 4 bowls and burritos but instead went to a restaurant. I see why there was no line and only one customer at this location.

It's plause ! Boring ! I did not know it was Fast-food cafeteria style...Not my cup of tea ! I was attracted to go to Chipotle because of the television commercial and the brisket and fixings in a bowl and a drink $25.00 I definitely will not eat at a white establishment trying to impersonate Mexican cuisine. I prefer real Taqurias where you , get a choice of carne (meats). No ! Not ever ! Again...been there done that ! Never again LL KOOL RAY 😎 FRISCO STYLE FOOL !

This place is the worst for Hispanic people my own experience one the servers totally races with without talking just races the way I served the food the amount
I never coming back to this place
The worst place I have ever gone to eat was the one that served me. It was racist without saying just the amount that served me as a Hispanic and served more to Anglos, the difference was exaggerated.
I will never return to this place again
