Today I was helped my Adriana, I want to share how impressed I was with her customer service. She is kind she pays attention to detail positive attitude and she knows her stuff every customer ahead of me was delighted and it was contagious. Thank you for the experience. In a world where we all must do our jobs its so different when we enjoy doing it. Kuddos!!!

I do not understand the bad comments that I read before visiting this location. This location has quickly become one of my favorites. The line moved fast, the food was fresh, and the team was really friendly. One of the workers, Paislee, was especially great. She greeted me with a smile and made the whole process easy. I will be back!

To be required to make a purchase to use the facilities then make someone wait to make that purchase is disrespectful if not cruel. Honestly the nerve of these companies. You just cost yourself a long time customer for a few bucks. Real smart Chipotle!

The chicken was way too salty and the portions were small for the amount the charge.

The last two times I have gone to this location, they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t eat meat or cheese and the last time I went there, I realized halfway through eating my burrito at home that there was cheese in it. I just threw the rest away and moved on. It happens, and there was nothing I could do about it. This time there was a large piece of beef in the burrito. I noticed it immediately and spit it out, and I didn’t see any other chunks so I tentatively continued eating because that was all I had for dinner. I soon found a full load of beef in it and just threw it away. I haven’t had dairy in 10 years and meat in 21. Again, stuff happens, but I definitely don’t feel like I can trust this location any more.

Staff acts like they would rather be anywhere but there. The portions are measly. They basically skimped on everything in my order. First time I had a burrito bowl that weighed about 8 ounces. All the ingredients were well below the lip of the bowl.

Super paltry servings of meat and guac. The lady said they were “out of cheese because the staff hadn’t prepared enough” on a Saturday night at 8:30pm….. go to Santa Rosa their locations are way better

I have been there twice in the past week and enjoyed it for Chipotle.
Servive is very good and so were my burritos.

I’m usually happy with Chipotles service and food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this branch in Rohnert Park.The person who waited on me was innatentive and rude. The chicken rice bowl was watery. Won’t be back.
