Place was dirty. I know it's children running around getting stuff everywhere but someone should ck often and make sure its clean. SALAD BAR WAS NOT FULL MOST INGREDIENTS WERE MISSING BLUE CHEESE DRESSING MADE ME SICK AND I EAT BLUE CHEESE DRESSING ALLWAYS NEVER BEEN SUCK BEFORE . OVER ALL THE RESTAURANT COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING . HOPE MY FAMILY NEVER GOES THERE AGAIN FOR A PARTY.

An employee baselessly accused us of drug use, apparently because he didn’t like our admittedly outlandish outfits? We had just come from dress rehearsal for our dance troop, and we wanted to schedule a party at this location for a group member. UNBELIEVABLY disrespectful, a completely fabricated slander, and defamation of character. An apology wouldn’t be enough honestly. Not only that he made a scene in front of other patrons, very uncomfortable. Needless to say we won’t be back. The rest of our group will soon be leaving negative reviews also. Please train your people better, sensitively and diversity training would be a good place to start.

The Chuck E Cheese in Rohnert Park is fantastic! I bring friends with special needs and he’s always so sweet and kind! He holds their hands and dances with them, and last night kissed her hand when they were done! He’s a true gentleman!

Jeannie is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us and made sure we got the membership, which saved us a ton of money. The last time I came, I paid way too much and nobody mentioned the savings options, but Jeannie took the time to explain everything. Now we have a membership, and honestly, we’ve already come back way more than we would have because the value is just crazy good. She even remembered us from before and greeted us so warmly—such a sweetheart! It’s so nice to feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you, Jeannie, for making the whole experience better!

Good place for kids. Some of the arcade games don’t work well but there’s so many of them, it’s ok. Good food and decent prices. Arcade game prices are by far the best.
We stop here everytime we drive through the area. Normally one of our favorite chuck e cheese but this past visit many machines were broke and non of the picture machines worked. Also we noticed this last time nobody in our party was stamped upon entry therefore not checked on the way out either.

I brought some kids that I was babysitting here and I just have to give the biggest kudos to this younger, blonde, white guy at the register! I went up there several times for food items and he handled the long lines with such a great attitude and he was so friendly! Having friendly staff makes SUCH a difference! Good job! :)

Surprised by the cleanliness! While the games are obviously geared towards younger kids, it fit our age range well (7 and 9) and it seemed like a good value. Kids were reluctant to try it but then loved it and beg to go back.
This isn’t your Chuck E. Cheese from your youth though - no anamatronica at all, just huge video screens. We basically just used the arcade and the trampoline for a bit.

Staff is awesome.the company of Chuck e cheese should be ashamed of the pizza they are serving it is awful and I mean awful the cheesy bread is better.I would not order a pizza again. They should serve something more edible than what they have. For 3 people spending $73.00 For food and games is a rip off. Only go and do games if you have to 60 minutes is $32 for 1 child. The company should be ashamed of what they are offering parents. Parents find a different place to take your children. Chucky never showed up. Only on a screen. Disgusting to treat families like this. RIP Off
