I don't have any pics because I ate it too quick! The service was nice, the kids behind the counter were very helpful. I had forgot what cold stone was so it was a nice reminder of their yummy treats. Will have to take a pic before it's gone next time!!

Always great customer service whenever we walk in. The group of young adults are always very nice and friendly, good to see that in a customer-based environment. This is the only ice cream store that sells Banana ice cream, cannot find a place that has any banana ice cream anymore. Adding the different ingredients and the staff mixing it right in front of you is a joy to watch. You cannot leave without giving them a tip, they work pretty hard for those tips!!! I always tip these girls and guys whenever I'm picking up ice cream!!!!

The ice cream was really really good. Came with family. The girl with the dark hair (no cute clips) looked bored and like she didn't want to help but was forced to. The guy was super nice. The place itself was clean and so was the table we sat at.

Yummmm strawberry blonde this is my all time favorite ice cream it's has chunks of strawberries and crushed Graham crackers and whipped cream it's stupid good, I usually get one big one with the works waffle cone bowl dipped in chocolate and confetti sprinkles oh yeah! I share it with my hubby because eats faster then me so he's my built in diet lol On the whole he's quite helpful to me staying on my diet mostly lol Let me tell you because of all these ice cream combinations you are definitely going to find your favorite quick and in a hurry. And for birthdays they do some super delicious ice cream cakes as well. And well everyone loves ice cream and hello how do you not love a delicious ice cream cake riiiight! we're talking young and old when my kids were young they wanted that ice cream cake every year, even my dear old dad for each and every birthday he always wanted the strawberry ice cream cake and I made sure he always got his favorite. Three gals working on Friday night: charged me and extra $3 for a basic amount of graham cracker, made the order wrong, and then gave me attitude when I asked for the missing ingredient. I know young high schooler behavior, but I'll never come back and I'll tell everyone to hit a different cold stone instead. Just plain s*** service. I still tipped y'all but you guys suck

I came in tonight and I had the worst employee that i have ever seen in my entire life help me. I asked for this gentleman’s name and his name was Armani. His customer service was terrible, he made my ice cream, told his co-worker that “it looks like s***” then proceeded to give it to me after saying that. After that he made several of my ice creams and he made one wrong and had someone else make it for me. When he was ringing me up, the slammed the register and didn’t even tell me to have a good night what so ever. If i were the manager i’d probably fire him or train him better. If you come here, don’t have Armani help you.

I drive to this location from Santa Rosa . The employees are always ready to take your order & are welcoming to their customers. This location is so much calmer then the one I live near . More room and space to order and line up inside. The ice cream is always great and they make it how I like every time with my combination of Sweet Cream and Banana mixed together with sprinkles mixed in . You definitely get your money's worth . Yumm
