FRESH FUJI Reviews
I went to Fresh Fuji today for the first time, the flavor is delicious, I recommend it 100%
Absolute best Japanese food in the bay area. I lived in japan for 3 years and had a super flashback to the authentic taste of japanese food when I ate there. Definitely becoming a regular!
This place has a very good balance of being tasty and also very healthy- all natural ingredients and homemade recipes. I especially enjoy the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl as I can tell its made with all natural ingredients (unlike the MSG bowls packed with soy sauce from other places). The owner/chef said she makes a homemade teriyaki sauce and you can really tell the difference that you are eating something tasty, healthy, nutritious and good for digestion. 5/5 stars for food, service...read full review

Fresh Fuji offers a delightful dining experience, reminiscent of an izakaya in Tokyo. The menu features fantastic ramen, boba, and gyoza, with the spicy ramen impressing with its perfect balance of spice. The fried rice is sticky and flavorful, and the boba is considered some of the best by many customers. The owner and chef are friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The dishes, such as the spicy yakisoba, are made to order with fresh flavors and can be adjusted to dietary preferences. Customers enjoy the authentic Japanese style, with hot noodles, soups, and a type of pancake. The staff even offers samples of curry to guests. Service involves paying and ordering on your own, which might be challenging for some, especially if visiting alone. Despite this, the cozy place offers great food at reasonable prices, making it a favorite spot for regular visits.
