The drive thru line was long so we went inside. Very busy environment but the food came out in a timely manner. It was loud on the inside with kids running around so I ate outside. The food was good. You have to eat it hot onsite.

I just love In-N-Out Burger...the husband and I go for lunch, and I can get the burger without the bun, and he can get it with the bun and fries...all for around $20. It's a win-win situation.

Unfortunately I have to rate the service 1 star because this location constantly messes up my order. I always order for at least 3 people and at least one person’s is always messed up. They’ve at least twice, including today, totally forgot the grilled cheese, leaving the vegetarian in the family without a sandwich. It’s just tiring when it’s every time :(
They always have great burgers and fries. Had a vanilla shake this time also. Yum.

I like the food and I always get a double double cheeseburger and I like mine animal style with animal style fries and a two flying Dutchman’s they are just the burger with two slices of American cheese on top and I also like the neopaliton milkshake a large one plus the Pokémon go game has the Petaluma ininout as a Pokémon gym
