We order online they mark the order as done we go in n still have to wait 15 minutes after the DONE time happens every single time we go in literly
0 star actually. We order 6 different orders just now from Little ceasar in rohnert park, CA and unfortunately this will be the last time we will order to them, why? 1st, the staff who responds to our call due to missing item order (2 orders of chicken wings) Is missing, and when we called them, the crew or staff said, its the driver's responsibilty, we need to call the dash driver who deliver it, and it so unlucky that driver doesnt know any english, and he able to say "no chicken" and even we tried he cant. We wonder why the crew from the store cant even try to contact the driver then to find a solution not to pin point each others. Instead of having a nice and relaxing dinner this give us so frustrating evening from Little Ceasar crew and driver. No help at all! Ridiculous.

I always place an order over the phone and then pick up in person. When my order was wrong one time, they gave me the messed up pizza for free. Good customer service.
