Unbelievably expensive. There is no value here anymore. It's going to cost you $20 a person or more if you want to be full. There are many better options for the money, might as well get a nice burger at a place like 5 guys.

If I could rate the service a ZERO I would! I went 15 minutes before closing , which I get is somewhat late by theyâre still OPEN , they said theyâd be with me shortly I waited in like for 10 MINS no one ever attended me , wouldâve understood if they said theyâre closing or something but they just hid in the back until closing multiple cars came and waited and no one ever attended

They canât communicate with customers here. Itâs clean, but they repeatedly mess up my orders, and forget to put my game pieces in the bag. Itâs nearly impossible to make a customer complaint at this branch. I order McDonaldâs every day, at least coffee. Very, very frustrating. Iâm only giving two stars because I love McDonaldâs so much. Very frustrating way to start the day.

I visited the drive thru today (7/5/25) around 2:30pm and I feel awful I didn't catch the names of those at drive thru register and food handler, but both young men were very polite and helpful. Honestly, it took me aback. In a world where I can't get good customer service anywhere, I got it at McDonalds. The cashier (with a big smile asked me how my day was, and apoligized if he misheard me becuase there was a garderned with a blower working while I ordered. He didnt miss an item, then again poliety told me to have a wonderful day, to stay cool becuase it was hot, and drive safely home) - what an absolute angel! And the food handler at the next window, had my food ready, again apologized for blower and again asked if my order was correct. He smiled ever so sweetly and brightly and wished me well with a sweet wave. I mean, this is how you make someone's day and they did! To the management team, please look at those on staff today and recongize them becauae it is a team effort to work in food service and they both had more manners and bigger smiles then I have ever seen. I'm a believer that bad news travels with a scream, but positivity travels on a whisper. They deserve the recognition.
Also, the food was on point. I usually think McDonalds is just to fill my belly, but the fries were hot and crispy, the burger was plump and not soggy. I just am in awe at the super sweet experience I had for a less than 2 minute encounter, well done team. â¤ď¸
