I visited the drive thru today (7/5/25) around 2:30pm and I feel awful I didn't catch the names of those at drive thru register and food handler, but both young men were very polite and helpful. Honestly, it took me aback. In a world where I can't get good customer service anywhere, I got it at McDonalds. The cashier (with a big smile asked me how my day was, and apoligized if he misheard me becuase there was a garderned with a blower working while I ordered. He didnt miss an item, then again poliety told me to have a wonderful day, to stay cool becuase it was hot, and drive safely home) - what an absolute angel! And the food handler at the next window, had my food ready, again apologized for blower and again asked if my order was correct. He smiled ever so sweetly and brightly and wished me well with a sweet wave. I mean, this is how you make someone's day and they did! To the management team, please look at those on staff today and recongize them becauae it is a team effort to work in food service and they both had more manners and bigger smiles then I have ever seen. I'm a believer that bad news travels with a scream, but positivity travels on a whisper. They deserve the recognition.
Also, the food was on point. I usually think McDonalds is just to fill my belly, but the fries were hot and crispy, the burger was plump and not soggy. I just am in awe at the super sweet experience I had for a less than 2 minute encounter, well done team. ❤️

I love the veggie burger. There's a kids jungle-gym in here. Parking right out front. Drive-thu. EBT cards accepted. Has everything.

I come to this McDonald’s often to get Diet Coke (iykyk) and the employees are the kindest and happiest McDonald’s workers I have ever met. I don’t know what they are doing differently at this location, but it’s working!!!

I was calling to see why a certain item on the menu wasn’t working on the app and someone asked how may I help you and I let them know then they hung up on me after I called again they answered the phone and didn’t speak so I asked why they hung up on me and they hung up on my face I’m frustrated this service is unacceptable I’m very upset at this so called service

As a last minute thing we went here to celebrate our to kindergartener's graduation. All of the kids loveded running around and playing in eating. Food delivery to table & in-app ordering made it so kids could just play most of the time and we could just sit back & relax.

I placed a mobile order on the app, once I arrived the app logged me out and when I logged back in the app did not display my order code.
I showed the cashier what was going on on the app along with my matching pending transaction fee with my credit card. I even showed them the email receipt I had with my order and even then they refused to assist me.
I had to cancel my order, re-order it, but now I cant take advantage of my 20% off I had on my original order nor did they apply their themselves.
I felt very poor customer service, I placed my order through the app correctly, received my code, but the app malfunctioned so now I have to wait theough the drive thru traffic, go inside and wait in another line, try to get helped only to be told once again theres nothing they can do and now I have to pay even more for my order because of the malfunctions on their end, such a joke
