Awlful customer service. I ordered 1 Mcdouble in the drive thru. They asked me to park in #1 space. I parked where they asked me to & waited over 10 minutes before I got out to go to the restroom. Then I went to the counter & asked for my order & a worker yelled in Spanish to the worker that was helping me. She then comes to the counter & very loud & ride tells me she went to the car & no one was in it. I explained I had to use the restroom & she then gave me the bag of food.Maybe she was upser because she had to walk out there or maybe she was having a bad day....but DO NOT YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS.Her customer service is BAD!!

I call this one the, "minimal location," they literally do the very minimum on everything.Minimal Service, minimal effort, minimal efficiency, minimal friendliness, minimal cleanliness, minimal care when assembling & packing your order..and lastly .. minimal hours of operation.Says the business confirmed their business hours of "OPEN 24HRS," 2 weeks ago.. ? This location is NOT a 24hr location! Maybe they're supposed to be or expected to be but they're not.I live near by & I've not seen them open 24hrs in a long time. They're only open their Lobby hours, the drive-thru closes at 11pm just like the lobby.Kid-friendliness: Kids Play area
The food is standard affair and is only worth if you use the app to get a deal. The reason for my review is the removal of the self serve soda machine and refills even if you ask despite charging 50% more for drinks. One of the only reasons I went to McDonalds and put up with the mostly bland food. McDonalds doesn't innovate anymore when was the last time you wanted to go there to try a new menu item. McDonalds do care about my health since they keep making changes that make them less and less appealing.

I ordered 1 Mc chicken 1 Mc double and got double charged they added 2 drinks and a 10 price Mc nugget i never received. Almost $50 for 1 Mc chicken 1 Mc double 1 large fry and a 4 piece happy meal. When I asked them to explain the over charges, I was told by the manager, "we just work here we don't set the prices." I told her I was overcharged. No way 2 burgers and 1 happy meal is $50?! I'm done with Mc donalds . Everywhere not just this location. I receive similar service at all Mc donalds.

The food not bad, pretty straight forward. The acknowledgment of the stuff is horrible, they talk and even flirt with Uber drivers but have no decency to acknowledge the customer. They need new management. This place needs a change of staff ASAP. The people taking orders and making the orders are the worst, their is a gentlemen that does some of the cleaning that his very nice manners.
