OVERCHARGED and SCAMMED out of money by OWNER in the drive thru. Owner charged me $6 for a bagel with cream cheese and $8.50 for a smoothie. Denied overcharging and did not refund. MENU BOARD says $2.50 for the bagel and to add plain cream .50. She said to add cream cheese it was $3. How is adding cream cheese to a bagel $3? It’s not. $8.50 smoothie? I don’t like being scammed out of my hard working money, and I don’t like dishonest people! Filed a police report on the restaurant, and then with the health inspector, just for extra measures. I will be reaching out to the news and social media next. You scammed the wrong one lady!
Been coming here for 15 years, before they renamed to SSS it was Michael's Sourdough.
They had great customer service, great bread and friendly staff.
Now a few years after selling themselves, the quality of the food, staff and customer service has plummeted.
Their bread is delivered daily and they cook it in house, however, it seems no one knows how long to cook bread for, as it is constantly undercooked.

I love sonoma sourdough and have been coming consistently for over a year now. Specifically one employee there, Rosario, is so wonderful to talk with! The sandwiches are so big, absolutely delicious and the service is so fast.
My only complaint would actually be about a customer. There was a customer who got upset about something to do with a sandwich he thought should be free and he started swearing at Rosario. That poor woman is so kind to everyone, it's unacceptable that she be treated that way and I hope that customer is banned from the store for his conduct.

Stopped in on our drive up the 101 to Spokane, WA and oh man did this hit the spot! I had the dimaggio and my wife the chicken club add avocado and both were excellent 👌!! The bread soft and so full of flavor, high quality cold cuts and just enough sauce to not make a total mess! The young man at the front counter was so full of energy and happy to make us smile! He brought the good vibes!! Lots of super bomb drinks to top em off!! I would love one of these in spokane where I pay about 5 dollars more for a sandwich of half the quality and thick tough bread! Bravo guys!! We will see you next time we travel!! You got a good thing going, keep it up 💯!!

This was my first time here. And It reminded of another wonderful sandwich shop. The sandwich had plenty of delicious meat and the sourdough bread was great. I can't wait to return.
While traveling for work, I always make it a point to seek out local sandwich spots—there’s just something about a great sandwich that hits the spot. Today, work brought me to the Sonoma area, and I stumbled upon a hidden gem: Sonoma Sourdough Sandwiches.
At first glance, it’s easy to overlook—the shop is tucked away in an industrial part of town and doesn’t scream “gourmet eats.” But let me tell you, this place proves that you don’t need a fancy storefront to serve up seriously impressive food.
I stopped by right at noon, peak lunch hour, and was pleasantly surprised—no line, quick service, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. I went with the #17, turkey with thick-cut bacon, and it was massive. But the real star? The bread. The freshly baked sourdough was next-level—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. It took the entire sandwich up several notches.
Every ingredient was fresh, the flavors were balanced, and honestly, I’m still full hours later. If you’re in Sonoma and craving a legit sandwich, Sonoma Sourdough Sandwiches is absolutely worth the stop
Two words, SO GOOD!! We are from Florida and stopped in for a turkey sandwich. Wow!, sooo good and filling. Definitely needed to share sandwich since they are huge. So wish we had sandwiches back home like this

I go here to get sandwiches all the time. I get one of the hot sandwiches and the chicken was totally freezer burnt. I come back and tell them that the sandwich I got had freezer burnt chicken and all I get is "sorry, maybe the sandwich was heated up" ya its a hot sandwich. doesn't cost much to give me a new sandwich and retain a customer.
