Mountain Mike's Pizza

The pizza was really good, but my goodness you guys really have to update your place.

I went to pick up my pizza the other night because I had one at the other Rohnert Park location that I thought was just delicious. When I got this new location in Rohnert Park they gave me a hard time about signing a receipt that said I agreed to pay. However I had already paid on my phone and I already had a receipt so I refused to sign. They still gave me the pizza. However the pizza tasted like it had been made an hour or two before and heat it up for my so-called enjoyment. I would avoid this location in favor of the other location

This is the worst Mountain Mike’s I’ve ever been to. No fountain drinks, all the tvs are broken, place is filthy, the workers won’t pick up the phone because of the complaints so it been ringing since I got here and there’s 25 other people waiting for their order. Absolute disgrace to the franchise.

The garlic knots were over cooked. All the cheese melted out everywhere. The loaded potatoes were good.

I have been going here for years and it was a great place. There are semi new owners and while I was paying for my food I saw the owners wife washing her feet in the employee sink right behind the counter and then yell at her employee to answer the phone while the employee was helping me and the wife did nothing but glare at me. I would not recommend this place

We love and prefer this Mtn Mike's in University Square. The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. The pizza is excellent.

This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! So perfect, this place is hard to beat!!Thanks again guys for making my night and correcting the item!! ♥️?

Best pizza ever!

Went here yesterday with my mom and was so grossed out.

The woman's restroom was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in my whole life, and I work in fast food so that's saying a lot..
There was no TP in either stall, both stalls didn't lock without you trying to shift the door up or down to match up with the lock, no toilet seat covers, I couldn't tell if it was throw up or something worse all over the side of the big stall but it was everywhere. And not to mention, a gross pair of underwear right on top of the trash can.

Now for the sink, there was hairs... all over the sink. I'm not sure who was giving themselves a hair cut but maybe outside next time??

The pizza was okay, and the girl up front was super nice but I probably will not be coming back here.

The MM by safeway in Rohnert Park is so much cleaner.

They also gave us dirty plates so I'm not sure who does the dishes there but you might want to retrain them.
