This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! So perfect, this place is hard to beat!!Thanks again guys for making my night and correcting the item!! ♥️?Vegetarian options: Can get anything vegKid-friendliness: Great game area and kid friendly restaurant

I haven't been to a MM in a couple years. My sister and I thought it was the freshest and most delicious we have ever eaten! We picked it up for home. Just delicious.

The last 2 times we ordered a salad, the lettuce was brown when we received it. This time it was not only brown, but was all core pieces, and the cucumbers were slimy and rotting. There were no beans on it. Paying $8.00 for an unedible salad is not cool.

Went here yesterday with my mom and was so grossed out.The woman's restroom was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in my whole life, and I work in fast food so that's saying a lot..There was no TP in either stall, both stalls didn't lock without you trying to shift the door up or down to match up with the lock, no toilet seat covers, I couldn't tell if it was throw up or something worse all over the side of the big stall but it was everywhere. And not to mention, a gross pair of underwear right on top of the trash can.Now for the sink, there was hairs... all over the sink. I'm not sure who was giving themselves a hair cut but maybe outside next time??The pizza was okay, and the girl up front was super nice but I probably will not be coming back here.The MM by safeway in Rohnert Park is so much cleaner.They also gave us dirty plates so I'm not sure who does the dishes there but you might want to retrain them.

This Mountain Mike's restaurant on Southwest Boulevard in Rohnert Park, CA was awful! First, I was greeted rudely. Second, they over charged me for the order. Next, the salad bar was barely stocked with any items, as in below the bare minimum. Also, the salad dressings were not labeled whatsoever. The pizza was not even warm let alone hot. Plus! The restroom had no soap.

I ordered a pizza about a month ago and the driver couldn't find my house and I had to meet her on the other end of my street in the freezing cold. The only reason I bring this up is because that same driver delivered my pizza tonight. In fact, she was the one that remembered that she couldn't find it. I had no idea who she was. So I guess she couldn't find it again and she wanted me to drop my location via text and frankly that's just something I'm not comfortable with. After a cumbersome process to find my place.. she walks out with the pizza in a black container and pulls it out with no sense of care having drop the ranch I ordered on my porch. I asked her how much the ranch was because obviously I wasn't going to pay for it and she tells me a dollar and proceeds to ask me if I'm sure I still don't want it and I told her of course I don't want it it's on the floor!! I gave her the reduced price in cash and she walked away, sat in her car and obviously debating on whether she should pick up the ranch container. Eventually she did and drove away. Then I receive a call that she was missing $10 which is my fault in the confusion of the new adjusted price I had given her less than I was supposed to and so I told them it's was okay to come back and pick up the $10. They sent the same girl, my girlfriend handed her a 20 and she just walks away. My girlfriend stops her and tells her that she needs her change and she just stands there dumbfounded with a very rude demeanor, she asks if she wants her to go to the store to get change and my girlfriend says of course "please and thank you". She leaves very snippy and upset - comes back with a few singles and a bunch of quarters. I asked her to go over the cost one more time to make sure everything was an order, and she proceeds to break it down in an extremely disrespectful manner, and tells me the money is for the store and not for her and I respond "of course, I never accused you of trying to steal the money. I just want to make sure everything was square." So disrespectful and so rude for no reason. She developed this demeanor after I handed her the initial cash with zero tip for obvious reasons so it was clear that she was upset that she got no tip after dropping my ranch and being wildly disrespectful and having no change. Not to mention the two times she came back she knocked on my door so hard and loud that I could hear it from the other side of the house. This girl is not fit to deliver pizzas. She gets lost. She doesn't know how to navigate her vehicle or her maps app. I'd say that job is rudimentary at best so I'm surprise someone could be so bad at it.. I would certainly reeducate this girl.
