on 11/15/18, the Manager, Nicole was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Her staff member Carlos took an order from my husband and I. We ordered two full means. We are regulars there every Thursday at 12noon. We had always been getting a muffin for 99cents as was the usual offer. Carlos did not mention the 99 cent desert offer was only for a cookie.
