I have always loved red lobster especially the cheddar bay biscuits. We went there tonight for the endless shrimp and it never disappoints. After the first round I got full but got to enjoy some more coconut shrimp, a little popcorn shrimp. I also love the shrimp scampi and the one side I got was broccoli. They have there new mock tails and I tried the coconut colada one. It was so delicious would get it again. All around good service. Always love coming back.

My mom and I took my son out for his 19th birthday. Our server clearly didn't want to be there. She was impatient and condescending to my mom who is 74 years old. It was 2 hours before they closed. So, there should not have been any reason to rush us. Our food was over cooked and the lobster was chewy and fishy. We are always kind and social with all of the restaurant staff wherever we go. Both my mom & I waited tables for years. So, we understand the stress of the restaurant business. We still tipped even though it wasn't a good experience. We know that servers live on their tips. I hardly ever write negitve reviews. I chose to write one this time because this is the second time we have had a poor experience with this particular Red lobster. We gave them another chance because everyone has a bad day from time to time. We won't be going back. Especially since we paid $250 for a less than mediocre experience.

We go there to eat all the time almost once a week and the best time we had it was win Sana Took care of us yesterday not only was she very efficient but she was very friendly and made us feel at home other times that we've gone is been OK but with this waitress that took care of us yesterday who I just mentioned above she was fantastic and we left a very happy very satisfied and we will come back especially if she's working specially if she's working again we want to thank you Trilla for your great customer service skills.We came back today 4 years later and ran into Sana again and we thought she was gone but I guess she's on the swing shift now but we got her again and once again automatically she fully took care of us was very fast and attentive with kids because they were very anxious to get french fries ?To be honest with you hands down one of the best servers I've ever been catered by.She 10 gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hi we went to red lobster host was bus boy service was very slow we went at 4pm so it was not busy at that time had to wait on biscuits drinks for the money very poor I won't go back my money can be spend at better

Server was great but it took us 1.5 hours to get our food, for a party of 12 which included 5 kids. Restaurant was not busy so not sure why it took so long to get food. Alcohol drinks had very little alcohol, if any at all. Won't be going back any time soon. We made the best of it since we were celebrating my dad's 85th birthday. So the night was good, considering.Kid-friendliness: We were placed in an area where the kids could roam around and not be stuck at the table. This was a huge plus, especially since it took so long to get our food.

First time back in a long time. Our server, Oscar, I believe, was super friendly and attentive. The food was really good and plentiful. I had the mussels as appetizers and two lobster tails with broccoli and baked potatoe, my wife, the ultimate feast. The prices were very competitive.The only thing was the dining room was cool, so we wore our jackets while eating. We'll definitely be back!

I had the chicken dish, and the chicken was inedible. Like so hard, i couldn't bite through it. Biscuits were killer, though. It took almost 2 hours to get out of there. Biscuits made up for most of it though.

It's been quite sometime since we've been here. I won a little money at the casino & decided to turn it into a much needed date night. We had a great evening here. Our waiter was over the top AWESOME & the food was FANTASTIC & very well portioned. We were actually complaining (in a good way of course) about how full we were.... We didn't eat again until lunch the next day! Prices were quite reasonable too
