I ate the pizza and got very sick. I tried to tell the manager the following day only as a precaution and she became rude and angry and called me a bum and that I just wanted a handout. I will never eat here again.

Best RoundTable ever!!! Amazing food and the ambience is amazing!! I will be watching many sporting events from here. I also mainly like the under 20$ unlimited salad and pizza bar during lunch.

This round Table is Hardcore. Just got fired on my 4th day because I asked to step outside of their smoky kitchen for some fresh air. Cindi the regional manager and Dominique the general manager are both crazy. I feel like I really dodged a bullet with this place. Holy moly.
Oh and for anyone who eats here, on my first day I found 5 containers of expired ingredients that were about to be put into the salad bar, and on the pizza line I found two.
I highly doubt anyone in this restaurant is paying attention to tags so if you get sick just remember this comment.

Where's the pizza? We came in for the unlimited pizza and they quit bringing pizza out at 1pm. We won't come back. We waited 15 minutes for them to bring out more pizza and they didn't. Definitely not unlimited. The Santa Rosa codding town round table does it right, go there.

I just called to order a pizza. It took several minutes for someone to answer. When the phone was finally answered, I told the woman I wanted to order a large pizza, but I was immediately put on hold. After waiting a long time in complete silence, the woman finally came back and asked if I could call back. What??? I had already been trying to place an order for about 15 minutes at this point, so no, I couldn't call back. Needless to say, we're having Mary's for dinner tonight!

One of your staff needs to learn some manners,hospitality.She thinks she owns the resturant. I came to pick up the delivery and asked one of the staff about the order she told me it will be ready in a while ..i waited approx.10-15min and again i asked,is the order ready??she told me it's not ready yet..and after 2minutes another staff came from no where and literally she was mad at me and yelling at me..she told me if you don't want to wait just decline and leave in very ruthless manner....i can she her anger,attitude in her face..never ever experienced this kind of behavior before..i told her why are you mad at me i was just concern about the order.May god bless her!!

Pizza is always amazing. The salad bar was not so good. I believe the cooler was broken. Lettuce was frozen, and so was the cheese. Bummer because they are in of the last place you can make your own salad

Wasted my time picking up a door dash (30 ish min ) because they made it the wrong size on a day it was fairly busy. Stupid female at the front wanted to argue with me for no reason just because she's having a bad day that's not my fault. And it's sad as I'm waiting. I see three other families complain about their pizzas and one was brought back from a home via doordash. This place needs Jesus

My partner and I went in and got 2 sandwiches they barely had any meat on them just a couple small pieces of meat chopped up with lots of spare space on the bread like ridiculous. As we were eating okay we were frustrated with this and then my sandwich had one small tiny tomato that was cut 2 inches Thick. My partner was eating his sandwich and then he found a hair in it and I'm just like just eat it don't even let it bother you and he's like I can't so I go up and say something to them and the manager was sitting there too and they said they had to weigh their food. I think that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard them making them way their food. Also she didn't do anything about the hair in the food she didn't offer us a refund discount replacement of the food nothing. Round table used to be my favorite pizza but when it comes to this location. I don't know if I'll be going back. Also the seats are incredibly dirty and soiled looking. Management get it together. This is a new location it should not be like this. I am angry that I just went wasted my money and I'm still hungry after my trip.

Delivery tonight 5/19 from Rohnert Park location. Paid for extra sausage and mushrooms but didn't receive what we paid for in addition to the pizza being barely warm. Several weeks ago we ordered the exact pizza and received what we paid for. Called and spoke with Mananger Alyssa and she stated the ingredients are weighed and people in training probably didn't weigh the ingredients on our last order so we were given extra toppings by mistake. The second issue of the pizza temp was excused by her as well stating the driver probably had several deliveries and because of that our pizza isn't expected to be hot. Alyssa didn't like the fact that we disagreed and stated she wasn't going to argue. We asked for a Regional Managers name and she said we don't give those names out. Her solution was hanging up on my husband. Clearly, she requires more training as a manager in addition to working on her customer service skills and increasing her level of maturity. In some cases the customer isn't always right but not this time. Excuses in liew of solutions doesn't work. We'll spend our money elsewhere.
Update: Alyssa called later tonight and stated to my husband she'd give a full refund. When he said he'd like to respond she talked over him and hung up! I'll pray for you, Alyssa.
