The service has always been above expectations but IMHO the food is average. My husband is happy with his dishes but I come up disappointed. As Italian food is regional I am thinking that's the reason.
It must have been an off day for everyone there. First of all, was say at the most awkward table for two, literally my chair was within an inch of the person sitting behind me. We attempted to move the table a bit, but was told that due to ADA that we could not. The host apologized and walked away. The whole time during dinner, no servers can walk behind me to service the entire table. So at moments I had a worker standing literally next to me, servicing the table behind me. There...
The fig and prosciutto pizza was great. So was the lemoncello cocktail. The service was great too, except they forgot to honor my special occasion request to celebrate my sister's birthday. I didn't say anything because I wanted it to be a surprise, but the request was noted in my reservation. They apologized, said it was a computer glitch. We still had fun! Raphael, our server was a delight To top off the evening, we saw Thunder from Down Under show! That made our night!
