This startbucks have so many young people who are most lazy. I never get a full cup of coffee even if I say "NO MORE" I Sametime want to throw the coffee back at them. There should be a way to get a portion of money back. It doesn't maker what time it is.

I drive 15 mins out of my way to come to this Starbucks. Most everyone is so kind and friendly. Maliah specifically is so sweet and goes out of her way to not only remember my drink, but chat with the kids and ask them about their day. There's a few girls at this store who just go above and beyond, I just can't remember their names. But Maliah is the kind of employee that management should feel lucky to have. Like I said, I pass by at least 3 other Starbucks locations to come to this one because of the great customer service. A smile goes a long way and I don't think people acknowledge wgat a big deal that is. It will make or break gaining more customers.
