Ordered two large lattes. Asked for sugar and server acted like that was an inconvenience. Was not provided a receipt. The lattes were terrible, undrinkable and had no discernible coffee in them. Ridiculous waste of money, awful experience.

I was in the parking lot and I witnessed a horrifying episode with one of your Starbucks baristas being extremely aggressive towards another Starbucks customer waiting in the drive-thru. The barista was yelling and slamming the trash can lid up and down while yelling at the driver of a vehicle in the drive-thru. She was screaming that the customer was blocking her path to the dumpster. She then escalated the interaction by walking over to the passenger window and stuck her face in the window and began yelling at the passenger. She continued to escalate the situation by repeatedly hitting the passenger's window and continuing to shout obscenities.
When she arrived at the dumpster, she started screaming more obscenities while throwing the trash in the dumpster.
I'm highly disturbed at this interaction and I hope this is brought to the proper channels to handle this.

Had EJB roll in for a final. The hotel Inn at Rohnert Park was under construction. Kool on the internet after COVID and to reduce traffic these Starbucks have less or no power places to plug in plugs.This one did not have any. So if you getting a drink or trying to finish that work or even college assignment the perks at some of the storefronts been removed.When I was about to pay for my cover right in front that got the square thing full of tips. I'm like what is Starbucks trying to temp the customer or be line yo where is my tip at. On that is cash tip and debt to credit tip. Thought the container was fish.Kool EJB did set up shop and got a 93 on her final YaY! Starbucks got the key button on the bathroom so you got to get a code to push it in.After words Starbucks filled up fast. On the background of the camera system I used ASL Finger Spelling and was describing or departing word functions with ASL.The workers were kool and legit.

These baristas do a great job. Lovely people.One of the faster services in the area. Love so many creations. Today was a BOGO. Got a vanilla sweet cream and a cinnamon.I do wish the restrooms were unlocked and there were outlets but I get it.
