Terrible service from Owner, when I first came in she asked me if I had a coupon and I told her yes, so she started making my sandwiches, when adding vegetables she was only adding so little of everything, there was little steak and she only added 4 cucumbers to a footlong, I asked her if she could add more and she said NO… I know for sure that for a footlong its 6 cucumbers at least because I used to work at a sudway many years ago.. When paying she throw the receipt at me in the counter.. If she doent want to accept coupons in her restaurant then that is totally fine but she needs to have better costumer service specifically when she is the owner..

Ordered a footlong veggie. Starting asking for onions. What do I get? Just a few slivers. Ask for other veggies? I get only the bare minimum. This place is a disgrace to food service. I’m not paying $15 for absolute trash with no substance. It’s despicable they give you $2 worth of product charge you $15 and think you’re ever going to return. They’re taking advantage of the public. Expect a tip? Forget it. Don’t shop here. I hate having to stand there and say more. More. More. More.

The food is the best but the service when I walked in the rohnert park one by the laundry mat the guy who worked there told me get out if I’m not buying something and I was going to when my mom got done with laundry but he was so rude that I was rude back to him and ever since that it left a bad experience in me because of one guy that’s like that at graton hotel and many people that dare chalenge me

Typical Subway, the Italian herb bread had the texture of card board, stingy amount of stuffing, $8.49 for a half sub should go very a little more, they’re even stingy with Lettuce and veggies. If you’re Jared trying to to loose 100 pounds this would definitely be your place to eat.
