The worst subway experience I’ve had. Walked up to the table and had to call out to have an employee come help me. Then had a very bad experience marking a sandwich, after which employee squished like every thing on the sandwich out of the sides and wrapped it up and put it in the bag without a sticker. The wrapping then opened in the bag. After making the most disgusting mess they could, they bring me to the register thinking I would pay for it??? I understand people are people and things happen, but wow.

If you only have day old wheat bread put up a sign so your customers don’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes before they find out

Every single subway in Sonoma county has this problem. They say they are open at 8 or 830.30 mins after opening and still closed. 5th different store this has happened. (Windsor, Stony Point, expressway, Calistoga road, Yulupa rd.) the Subway on Guerneville road is the only reliable one.

Would not honor their coupons they mailed to my house
The owner is cheap and careless. I worked for him in high school and a little bit afterwards and the ice machine AlWAYS have black sluge inside. I've brought it to his attention multiple times and he always ignored me.
She got 1 order wrong, and the other was not even just ok. Meh....I haven't been to Subway since years ago. The girl who made my sandwich was just as dull and uninteresting as my footlong. I will never let myself be that desperate and hungry again.

First they got my order wrong secondly their employees did not speak English fluently so they did not understand what I wanted and what I ordered thirdly they completely destroyed my meatball sub sandwich because the moment I unwrapped it it completely fell apart and they refused to refund it or make me a new one for free

Wow fantastic experience.

Went in for a sandwich today. Walked in.. the employee was maskless making an online order & never even attempted to cover his face (standing over all the ingredients) while I stood waiting. He never greeted, continued what he was doing, walked the sandwich outside to the online order rack behind me still uncovered. Finally comes back and asks what I want. Never washed his hands or changed gloves. My glare must have let him know to put a mask on while making my food but it was off again as soon as he was done. Gross. This isn't even normal for a subway precovid.
