I was picking up an online order, which notified me that the order was ready. I stood there at the counter and waited for 10 min. Without 1 worker acknowledging me & on top of that, I had 2 wait another 10 min for the order 2 be ready!

Their online ordering menu always has like half the menu disabled. Other taco bells nearby have the full menus so avoid this one.

Just went through the Taco Bell drive thru. I spoke clearly and precise. I ordered chips and cheese and got home with no chips in the bag. Maria and Carlos told me to be kind because I explained the situation 3 times with no comprehension from them.

Looking at my receipt and the level of understanding was I wanted two sides of nacho cheese.

Wasted my time and energy and money but at the least I saved my health. Thank God for this revelation.
