Horrible tacobell ain't what it used to be. I had ordered a nacho bell grande, and the beans were still in powder form and all the topping was skimpy .

They have a female and as well as other people working drive thru that don't even know how to speak English. Only Spanish. Don't know why they don't put someone who speaks English or bilingual to work drive thru orders and when they are super busy they tend to make the food in a rush and not make the food properly I waited 20 mins in the lobby for take out just to get my cheese roll ups (rolled up tortilla with cheese and it wasn't even melted and they were open with barley anything in it.
Axel is the best customer service guy around. They all work well together to get the orders correct and that's rare with fast food now days

First time for doing 2 1star ratings in 1 one night but Rohnert Park fast food joints need to get their act together. This location also closes earlier then posted hours and the employee even told me they've talked with the manager about but the hours are still wrong so another big late Friday night munchies order down the drain and more wasted gas. This makes everyone involved, uber eats and the restaurants look bad.

No interaction with a human until they call your name and slide your order across the counter.This new way of doubt things doesn't help or improve on the quality of the fast(?)
