Soooo amazing!! Came from out of town and was told to stop here. So glad we did because it was absolutely delicious!! Food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I especially loved the Nutella empanada and the spinach artichoke empanada. Owner was so kind and you could tell they put a lot of love into their craft. 11/10!

Let me set the scene. I pulled into the gas station on the edge of town, low on fuel and expectations. I was road-weary, spiritually hollow, and vaguely craving something fried. I expected beef jerky and regret. What I got was transcendence. Behind a nondescript door near the windshield-washer fluid display, I discovered Vinoma Tapas. An Argentine tapas restaurant with only outdoor seating, nestled just beyond pump #3 at a random gas station you’d drive past a hundred times—unless you knew. There’s no dining room. No walls. Just a patio surrounded by green grass, tables, and the slow sizzle of something life-changing on the grill. They serve up a flower with every meal. Vinoma Tapas is more than a restaurant. It's a story you’ll tell your friends. It’s proof that some of the best meals in life don’t come with a reservation or a dress code — they come with empanadas and a side of motor oil in the background.
Come for the gas. Stay for the provoleta. Leave with faith in the universe.

Excellent empanadas. My partner is a Chilean Argentine and he said these pies are the real deal. (They also sent me home with these fabulous flowers that still have pert petals four days later!)

Brian and his wife make delicious empanadas with new age flavors and their son Vinny is always there to help take orders.
This place is a hidden gem and you should definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Instant fan - not only of the best Empanadas I’ve ever eaten (fresh ingredients and quick service), but of Brian and the care behind my experience … and fresh flowers to top it off? Vinoma is built different. This is a must for any Bay Area run.

Vinoma Tapas Argentinas was an absolute delight! This hidden gem has friendly service (I believe it was the owner who helped us order based off our preferences) and incredible food. There was only outside seating available (it's next to a gas station), but we didn't mind. The restaurant strikes me as maybe more of a takeout place, but either way, the food is delicious. Highly recommend stopping by!

Amazing empanadas and really friendly service. We loved the mix of meat and veggie options along with dessert choices. Our favs were the corn, caprese, and chicken pot pie! Cannot wait to visit again!

Outstanding quality, check for any off menu items. Great chef, passionate about food! Take out with a few patio seats, just to know. Looking forward to working through the entire menu.

Without a doubt the best empanadas I’ve tried. Got a dozen and came back for more! A must stop.

I just had the pie, and it was really delicious! Make sure to buy at least 4 pies per person. You will not regret. What a shame that I cannot turn the car back to get some more!

Wonderful place, serving take-out Empanadas.
This was our first time, so we tried one of everything on the menu. My favorite was the traditional beef. The olives added a distinct flavor that really stood out. My fiance loved the creamy corn. Some flavors are more to specific tastes, ie don't get buffalo chicken if you don't like buffalo wings, but if you do like them it tastes amazing. I can honestly say there wasn't a single one I didn't like.
A hidden gem, sharing a space with a gas station, right next to the freeway…what it lacks in ambiance, it makes up for with quality of food and friendly service. I got the Beef & Cheese, Al Pastor, special Chicken Pot Pie, and Peach Cobbler empanadas, and was pleasantly surprised, and impressed with every thing! Will definitely be back again!
