Boneless chicken is almost half breading and dry. Fries are your average microwave fries... you can see other reviews. Boneless Meal Deal For 2 is probably the best bang for your buck otherwise go to another place if you really are craving chicken. The locations in Santa Rosa or Petaluma aren't any better. When miserable McDonald's has a bit of a higher rating it should tell you the standards in the area

food was terrible. i ordered wings and tenders and they barely put sauce on the wings! they were dry and barely had flavor. They were so stingy with the fries and didnt give me utensils smh

I’ve been to Wingstop many times and as always it’s really good but this time I went and I had a horrible experience I wasn’t really welcomed but when I got my food and I came home, the wings are very dry. I have no sauce in them and they’re supposed to be a spicy ones and my lemon pepper wings, which I have a picture of saying on the receipt I don’t have any lemon pepper seasoning on them.

We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!
The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal.

I genuinely cannot believe the circus I just experienced. I ordered delivery through their own app, paid for everything, and somehow still ended up with no extra ranch, no drink, and a meal that arrived SOAKED in fryer oil like it took a relaxing spa day in hot grease. I opened the bag and thought I was being pranked.
And instead of owning it, they had the nerve to blame the DoorDash driver and act like he stole the ranch and the drink… as if he said, “Yeah, forget the food, lemme risk my job for a $1.25 ranch cup.” Be serious.
Then—THEN—they told me they won’t give me a refund, only a store credit I have to use within 10 days. So I’m supposed to roll the dice again and hope my next meal doesn’t arrive floating like a deep-fried life raft?
This whole experience was so chaotic I honestly need a refund for my time, sanity, AND appetite.

My Dad and I love Wingstop, we always get the 6 tender combo plus two fries and 2 sauces deal. We add 2 more tenders and another ranch to the order for a total of 21 bucks. (Rohnert Park location) For the second time however, one being tonight, we didn’t receive any of our sauces in our order when I got home. It is a disappointment since it takes away from the foods taste and lessens the service quality in our eyes. Again, I understand mistakes happen but being more vigilant when reading receipts and putting together orders is important and would have prevented this review 😭. (Additionally we paid for the extra sauce if 1.59 which was missing along with the other two sauces that come automatically in the deal)
