Had no issue with the food it was hot and well made. but they didn’t include the included frosting cup with the cinnamon twists nor did they include the extra one I paid extra for. And let me say without the icing the cinnamon twists are not great. When I called I was being polite and simply asked if I could get a credit for another order of them next time I was in. I was told I could drive in for more icing but nothing else. Then I was told it was my responsibility to make sure the order had everything. This is where I did get a tone with the manager and replied. I would think it’s your responsibility to make sure your orders include the required items that come with every single order of cinnamon twists as stated by your website and app. This is when I hung up because I was going to get nowhere at this point and I wasn’t going to waste the gas driving down for a cup of frosting.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, loved my pizza and the lava cake was delicious ?
I order 2 pizza one came more burnt than the other one. I order it to be pie cut and came square cut n not even well cut Didn’t take pic of the second pizza or wings Wings came really dried, took more than 30 mins to arrive and my food was also cold.

This franchise owner is doing nothing but stealing, lying and cheating! Let’s look at the 12% tax they’re charging in Kern County, when it should be 8.25% They will claim their order progress is lightening fast, even though orders arrive at doorsteps more than 5 times longer than their site advertises. I understand that the 1 employee that works there is earning $20/hour, but you do not need to make a record high inflated profit in return! There’s nothing wrong with making less than that kiddo! Start following the law and accept this is Kern County, not Los Angeles County. Lower the tax!!!!!
