I placed an order online for 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. When I went to pick them up and came home I immediately realized those were not the pizzas I ordered. I called up there to speak to someone about it. And suggested that maybe there was an online glitch in their system because these were not the pizzas I ordered.. I asked if they can remake the right pizzas for me. He said no but I can bring them back and he can refund my money. So I brought them back right away and asked again if he could please remake them. He told me no he will not be remaking anything because i placed the order online so there for it was my fault. He was extremely rude over the phone and even worse in person. I asked to speak to the manager. Which he informed me he was the manager and his name was Jesus. He refunded the my money on the card which would take 3-5 business days to reflect the funds. I’m very disappointed with his service. I had to order pizzas from Pizza Hut and that inconvenience me an hour. I had a party going on and that messed everything up. He was so mean to me and he should not be working in customer service. Terrible attitude. I felt very discriminated against. I want to talk to corporate about him. I can’t believe how rude and nasty he was to me.

I'm Xavier i made a online order 5 pizza and they got my order wrong I don't lived and rosamond im and mojave ca I should of check my order but I check it home and when I did was completely wrong I ad extra mushrooms not even 1 was add it ...I call and didn't offer me my pizza...horrible service never coming here again..
Ps I never leave reviews but this one deserves it.. i used to work at dominoes at 18years old I know the restaurant priorities are if you are a cook wash your hands right ? That's really important Why is the cooker coming as a cashier get your money then ,goes back and grabs and start making pizzas ain't he suppose to wash his hands for cross contamination????? 🤔 bad bad service never again as of 720pm Nov 13 2025 ...that's how people get sick!!!!!

Took over 50 min for two pizzas that were ordered via the app. People were coming in, ordering and taking out while we were there. My order was a pepperoni pizza and an Italian sausage pizza. Earlier in the week, I was given the wrong pizza and found out 18 miles away at home.

the pizza was pizza but sending a carry out order with the delivery driver is a new one to me. had to wait around while my pizzas sightsee through Rosamond.
They marked my pizza delivered over an hour ago and we still haven't gotten it. This is unacceptable. Really bad customer service.

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra sauce for DELIVERY and the pizza was dry as hell and did NOT have extra pepperoni. Jesus the manager asked me to bring it back so I did. He looked at the pizza and said he wasn’t going to remake it or give me a refund. That’s stealing and I will be contacting the authorities! He was very rude and I was very calm considering the circumstances. Would NOT recommend. You work at a pizza place with a nasty attitude as if it’s our fault you make pizza for a living.
