I'm over this location. I come here seldomly because it's always disappointing and annoying too deal with them when the order is messed up. Today for example place a mobile order 6 minutes broke i get there and had to wait out front for an additional time period only to get to work and discover that I did not get my entire order. When this location first opened it was awesome and now? I'll drive to Lancaster if I'm craving their over priced small burgers. I've already filed out a survey and given my number. Let's see if they care enough to actually contact me. š

Like the food, but they always forget something from my order. Even when we park in front to wait for the order. Other than that, they are good people, and the lobby is always clean
This 24 hour location is my go to lication night and day. The food is always hot and drive-thru moves along at a furious pace. In and out, even uf you got 10 cars ahead if you for some unknown reason this location gets you through quick and on your way!
Dissapointed. Everywhere online touts jack in the box as having a 20 percent senior discount i was told only senior discount is on drinks when i asked about it, then i didnt even get that on my drink. Going somewhere else next time i go out for lunch. Then i might not have to worry about some ladys dog wandering around begging for food. (Thats another story).
Please I am warning you. Donāt come to this jack in the box. Everything you order is horrible. The managers do not care about there customers Iāve had a couple altercations with my food not meeting my expectations and they were really rude about it I asked for a refund which they did not grant. Manager told me all they could do is remake my order was highly disappointed. Please donāt not come here I am warning you.
This place canāt even make a grilled cheese sandwich correctly even after I told the drive through guy the last time I came my grilled cheese wasnāt even melted and didnāt use butter to grill the sandwich and I didnāt find out until I was on the 14fwy and all he said why did I come back to this jack n a box .. who says that ..you want people to come back ..so long story short I came today and told the drive through guy please butter my bread when grilling for my grill cheese and he said they always do I said no they donāt and once again he said why do I come back ..crazy heās turning yāall customers away ..once again my grilled cheese wasnāt melted and no butter ā¦lol

Been here before as a paying customer, came back as an EBT consumer, now I'm not worth their time or ??business. Sad
Food seemed smashed and took a long time for a short order.

Used to be open 24 hrs then suddenly started putting signs and blocking the drive through. Then took another 30 minutes after said time to actually open the drive through and when finally getting up to serve workers always sound bored dull and lifeless no matter what time of day I go.
THIS JACK IS A JOKE! WAIT TIME EVEN IF YOUR ORDER AHEAD THROUGH THE APP CAN TAKE UP TO 30 MINUTES. THE WORKERS THERE ARE RUDE AND SHORT, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THEY EVEN CHEATED ME WITH AN ENTIRE MEAL $12

ALWAYS!!! Check your order, they never put a complete order in and they never do the order right i rarely go here for that same reason and when i do is a guarantee for this service to happen, if you do and order on the app its even worse service. For some reason its only in this location never have issues else where. Horrible service!!!
