I went shopping today and the service was terrible. The cashiers lacked professionalism and ethics, and worst of all, the manager was awful. I think that's all he aspires to be. I don't recommend it.

I walked in and was greeted by a very rude worker his name tag read Raul or something of that nature and he was very rude to me while ones trying to order and he even made a comment about me and started laughing with another coworker with a patchy beard and all black outfit , no name tag. Was the worst fast food experience ever..

I don't know what happened to our local Pizza Hut. I placed an order for delivery and was estimated to arrive in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after that I get a call. All their drivers have flat tires. So I opted to pick up. I get there and there was several people waiting. Some due to having to pick up now. Which no problem, an inconvenience yes but stuff happens. Two ladies in front of me had their orders wrong. They even tried given one of them an empty pizza box (I really wish I was making this up) . Another lady, half her order was missing so they had to start that. Then it was my turn. Not to be dissapointed, they didn't start my order. Which was a lie because my wings were already sitting in their hotbox oven. After 30 more minutes my pizza comes out. Yes they gave me a few bucks off but I wished I checked my order before I left because they messed up more on top of it all. They gave me cinnasticks instead of breadsticks. They said there was a new employere there but I can't buy thats why everything was a mess and chaotic. The pizza was ok, the wings were soggy and cold and you already know about my breadsticks. I don't recommend this place. Check out one of the other pizza spots in town.

Their pizza sauce doesnt compare imo to Dominos... Same for their crust. We probaby wont be rushing back to pizza hut.

First order the pizza came all broken apart and messed up, had them replace the entire order, the new order didn’t look too much better. Next time I order I got a pizza that was really gross and not appetizing at all. Seems like they don’t care about the customers. Gross food!

So today I tried ordering pizza , I tried calling 4 times . As I walked into the store I called one more time to try to see if the phone line was working and sure enough it was . & I’ve seen Arturo turn it off too silent mode and he had me waiting for 20 mins on the line .. poor service ! I get it if he was by himself ! But no he had help .. I’m tried of these people not trying too pick up the phone . I’m coming from la so if I could I would just order online !! (2/27/25) 8:06 Pm

I hate when people play with your food like this. It shows they don't care at all. The icing was just dumped everywhere except on the actual cinnamin rolls!

Short Staffed Or Not...The Food Was Horrible...Nasty pizza, chicken Alfredo, and the cheesy bread. Overcooked and a waste of money...NEVER AGAIN!

Rosemary has horrible customer service rather than understanding what I’m saying she said we already remade your pizza twice with neck rolling and attitude very unhappy since candy left the place hasn’t been all that great
