I was having a bad mood at an early morning today, and the lady at the drive thru just smiled at us like she’s really happy to serve us. 4:40 PM, June 24, 2023Frenchie was the only person that acknowledged me when I came in. She said "hello" but then I stood there for a good 4 minutes before she came back and asked, "Do you have a question?" No. I didn't have a question. I wanted to communicate to SOMEONE - ANYONE - that I was here to pick up an order. Frenchie is being trained. I can see that. But even her trainer walked by me with Frenchie and ignored me. At least let us tell you why we're here so we know you at least have the order in the works. Acknowledge people.
