1 hr waiting for my online order in the restaurant after the app said it was ready for pickup. when I asked the staff about my order, they were very rude and they never apologized for the very long waiting time on my order.

This place is just the worst..when you see the meat and vegetables that go on your sandwich it looks 2 weeks old and dried up..we need a jersey Mike's up here

I sent my younger sisters to get themselves a 6 cookie box right, and they came back with 4 cookies in a box and i got charged for 4 individual cookies when i know very well you should ve pressed the 3 cookie button and then one individual cookie because theres a deal if you get cookies in multiples of three. AND they had the audacity to put the four cookies in the 6 cookie box when they should've put them in the bag at the very least even i did want 4 cookies. And then i called the store (the time was 8:17-8:50 pm November 2 2024) this old lady took forever to pick up the phone and I explained to her the situation and she answered the phone really out of breath and quietly. And she responded with PLENTY of attitude replying to me “Does it matter” and then she hung up the phone. Yes it does matter because I didn’t get my moneys worth and the cookies were stale and cold.

Received a 5 Star service from RJ and Anthony when I came in to day ??
Don’t order online unless your really tryna save the extra money. Ordered 30. Mins ahead and still had to wait in the store for about 10-15 minutes before I finally got my sandwiches.

So I have mixed feelings about this subway. I went and got three footlongs and the girl there literally put four pieces of lettuce in my sandwiches and I had to ask her more then 3 times to add more and she was still being skimpy lol don't know of she was new or what but I used to work at subway amd I know how much is supposed to be on there amd if you ask for more they're supposed to add it because veggies are free if your getting a sandwich you add as much as you want. Guess she didn't know ...other then that this is the only subway I recommend in the a.v. others are real dirty behind the scenes

This subway has gone downhill, this the third time I came in this month and the customer service was terrible. It’s dirty in there and the veggies are not fresh, soggy tomatoes and everything look old. The cookies look old as well which was very disappointing. This subway need a whole new staff.

Parking: The parking is within a large parking lot so there's plenty of parking but if you want to be right up at the entrance there's only a few spots
