The customer service was extremely bad, my sandwich has none of what i requested, the meat was rotten taste like very old, i was sick that day all day. Too bad for McDonald’s. I regret it.

I ordered a frozen drink and they told me my flavor was down for 4 minutes. I told them I'd wait and right after handed me the frozen drink I wanted. I left and when I went to grab a drink I noticed its half liquid. The employee hid the unfrozen part at the bottom. I called to see if I can grab one tomorrow they told me only if I come back right away. I'm not going to drive out of my way to correct their mistakes. I wanted to go next day because its in my way home. They offered for me to fill out a complaint and then the line went dead.

Zero stars if I could ask for ketchup and ranch twice waited for 10 minutes still got ignored also chinken tenders got them raw not fully cooked 😒 never going back again

Honestly disappointed with this location. The amount of flies inside was ridiculous — flying around the dining area and the front counter. On top of that, there was a nasty smell that hit me while waiting for my food. It made eating there really uncomfortable. I ended up taking my food to go because it just didn’t feel clean, tables not clean. This place needs a serious deep clean and better upkeep.

Nothing like getting home and unpacking your kids and getting everybody’s food out to know that you’re missing stuff from your order. How incompetent do you have to ? You look at a screen and you put what’s on there in the bag! And the incentive of calling McDonald’s is you could pack your kids back up and go get the food that It was forgotten. The manager was nice and wanted to fix it but the only way you can fix it and make it right is get the order right the first time. so I gave it the rating that I did for missing food and not even straws for the sodas, and it happened more than once at this location.

I ordered the chicken tenders from McDonald’s today and was really disappointed. The crust was hard, and the inside was dry and tough to chew. Definitely not the quality I’m used to—hope the store can improve.
