Wow, I thought my bad review would stand out because most McDonald's are at least rated average, but apparently this one, my bad review will be buried with all the rest. I went to just get a simple large cup for tea. I know everything is going via kiosk these days but I just wanted to hand over a couple bucks and get a cup to fill my own tea. The shift manager and 2 employees were yacking by the bagging area. They noticed me 3 times then one employee yelled, "there no service at the counter". Then he saw that I was still standing there and finally came over and asked what I wanted. I said, just a large cup for tea please. He looked put out but grabbed a cup and reluctantly made change for my $2. Last time I'll come here. I think now maybe robots would actually be better. I guess the new $20.00 minimum wage does not buy better service.

I did a mobile order and it took 10 minutes for them to make an ice cream cone and mcfurry. It seemed like they prioritized the drive in more because I was completely ignored by the employees this was supposed to be a fast food place ain't it? I was late to work because of this I'm absolutely furious.

Went there at night at drive thru, not busy. Order plain double cheeseburge, double check with cashier and at pick up station that I order plain. Everyone of them lied. It is not plain but extra of everything. Funny but lousy customer service

I came to this mcdonald this morning and they are not open. They are busy cleaning and even drive through not open. They should prepare ahead of time. it is 7:00 already.

I come to this McDonalds a lot and today I decided to get a Mobile order which I have done before and have it picked up, but today they were saying they could not find my order then after 15 mins or so they said they found it and still messed up the order they did not give my nuggets the biggest were indeed on the receipt but I did not receive them with my order. Also after looking at my Big Mac I noticed my lettuce was brown.

Wish I can make this higher, because the lady at the order window is very nice. I ordered a McFlurry with Oreos and it was mixed horribly and was given the wrong spoon. McDonald's have you changed the formula? This is not the same McFlurry I've had a month or two ago.

The headsets were down so I had to order at the window, which wasnt bad but I didnt really get a chance to take a few minutes to decide on my purchase. My order was cold and burnt. Like it had been sitting for a while. I am very sad.
I really like this McDonald’s. It’s very clean and spacious. I actually came here quite a bit at night while waiting for my child to be done with practice. It’s quieter and more spacious than the nearby Starbucks. There was hardly anyone around and the kiosk ordering was easy to get coffee. The only problem I had once was an undercooked quarter pounder.

Worst Macdonald I have shopped at. I went through the drive-thru, ordered fries and was given luke warm half filled container, when I inquired about it. The server stated that they were ran out so I was only given half buy still charged the full price. How is that fair?

Service was slow, food was pricey. I had asked about a price increase that I noticed. I was told they had just raised their prices on certain things. I like to eat at McDonald's every now and then, but it's becoming too expensive for their food.

I have to be honest. I was very upset. I could wash my hands because the sink didn't work. The hand sanitizer was also completely out too. How do you expect me to pay 3$ for mcchicken and not be able to clean and sanitize my hands. It almost makes me laugh!

Just went there paid 11 bucks for two plain McDoubles and a med fry only to get extra onions on my burgers so thanks McDonald's and we're gonna pay these people 20 bucks an hour lol wow.
