I never imagined that there would ever be a Thai food place that was not good. I love Thai food have been to Thailand have tried multiple restaurants and I've never felt so sick in my life until I came here. to start, we ordered eggrolls for appetizers and when I took the first bite, it was warm but a little cold.. then when I took the second bite into the middle of the eggroll, it was freezing cold, like if they had frozen the eggrolls and just warm them up for a hot second second. My niece, who was with me, took a bite and also freezing cold. If you're gonna make the eggrolls ahead of time and freeze them, at least have the decency of heating them up all the way!! That's how people get sick! I told a random guy that walked by that they were cold, and he apologized and took them away. Out waitress only checked on us NEVER! I kept stopping random employees to ask them for hot sauce. Ask them for everything since she was nowhere to be found. She took our drink order and our appetizer and didn't come back for quite a while. Once she actually came back, we ordered the drunken noodles with beef and chicken, the shrimp, Thai rice, as well as green curry. The flavor was just off it did not taste good at all. The chicken and beef in the noodles was like ground beef and ground chicken. It wasn't actual chunks of meat and again I always eat all of my Thai food and I had a couple of bites of each thing and I felt sick to my stomach. We left most of the food there didn't take it home. We were not checked on at all after we got our food except for a very nice girl who kept serving our waters for us so thank you to that very nice girl but other than that it was not impressive. The service was not impressive. The food was absolutely horrible And I don't understand why they have the green garland with lights surrounding the entire inside like it's fucking Christmas. I think the coolest thing about this place were the giant fish in the beginning when you walk in. I am so sick this morning and I've felt very sick since last night. I had to leave a review it just was not good. I am shocked at the people who say the food was good. You really need to go somewhere else to see what real quality Thai food is.

This is literally like my favorite Thai restaurant. Food amazing, Thai tea amazing, and it's a cute place. I love looking at all the fishes they have in their takes, they're so pretty. Banana Bay does not disappoint at all!!! If you love Thai food, stop by here!!

if i could put zero stars i would. my friends and i (party of 7) waited over an hour to be seated which is valid because there was a party of 30 in front of us. we finally sat down and were ready to order but a server did not come to us for another 20ish minutes even though we waved MULTIPLE times to let them know we were ready. all they did was give us side eyes. anyways our server, darith, comes and takes our order and leaves. i even typed out our order on notes because it was pretty noisy inside. while waiting, no server came to check up on us once to see if we got our food. i had to call another waitress that was helping another party so she can check on our order. she checks on our order and then proceeded to tell us that our server, darith, FORGOT TO PUT OUR ORDER IN!!!! we were all ready to walk out because we waited over an hour after he took our order just to find out that the order never even reached the kitchen. when it came to the bill we were still expected to pay in full and they even charged us tip. so to anyone that is planning to come here, just beware of the wack service.

I said to myself "so much for sitting anywhere" . She handed us the menu and it was dirty and sticky. We ordered Tom Kah soup, which was ok, (I've had better) short spare ribs not impressed and pad Thai chicken that was good. Server only came over 2 times take our order and gave us our bill. A different person delivered our food. Restaurant is dated and look run down it was not too busy. Maybe people come for the drinks and DJ late night, but I won't be coming back.

The food here is absolutely delicious; I highly recommend trying it! However, one issue I encountered was the difficulty in finding our server once we were seated. I had to get up a few times to track someone down for drink refills or to place an order. Despite this, I still recommend trying their food; just be prepared for potentially longer wait times for service.

They have the room to accommodate large groups. We also show up with at least 20 persons and never have a problem getting seated. The menu is extensive. Something for everybody. They have a nice bar with killer happy hours.

This place has gone downhill. We ordered a few items pad thai was okay, fried rice looks like they used sticky rice, house tom yum soup the broth was watered down with no flavor and I had to add fish sauce, the BBQ chicken was so dry like the desert and the pad se ew was just bland. All the items lack flavor. Very disappointed and will not be coming back anytime soon.
