I came in today during my break. I tried to peak at the menu through the window so I wouldn't disturb the worker. She was looking down at something, I'm assuming her phone, with the biggest smile I'd ever seen. The glass was too smeared to see the menu so I had to walk in. As soon as she saw me come in her smile dropped, she rolled her eyes, and proceeded to talk to me in an unpleasant tone. I left after that, I didn'teven purchase. Safe to say I'll never be coming back ?

Ordered and waited and waited and waited - then I hear others have been waiting 35 min for 3 drinks.Poor girl working here all alone. After 25 min she started making my drinks because I asked.Whoever is managing this place or owns this place should be sited for allowing this girl to have to work here all by herself. Not to mention I think she is on the spectrum, so another reason she shouldn’t have help.

I was in for some boba last night, after placing the order, I glanced at the register and saw my total amount was $11.00. I gave an employee my credit card and noticed that she added $0.55 to the transaction. After I received my two drinks, I asked for the receipt, she gave herself a 10% tip on my behalf. I confronted her about this, she said it was not a tip but it is a transition fee for using a credit card. There's a sign anywhere inside the restaurant nor was it mentioned to me. She didn't return the money. I have been robbed. She has no right to add additional charges without customer approval, not even $0.01.

It's my first time to this boba shop, I ordered an matcha straberry, it's one of their top ten. I'm sorry to say that I didn't have a good experience, they forgot to add sugar in my drink, it tastes bland, and the matcha do not look fresh, it's kinda grayish green.

I’ve gone to this place many times and today was the last time. It smelled absolutely terrible. The last two times I order milk tea instead of flavored and the taste just isn’t right. I’ve also had terrible boba a few times, very hard or too soft or old. It’s difficult to place an order, I consistently get a confused look when I order from one of the employees. Looks like they rebranded recently as well. Don’t recommend

Small portion for the price. Also boba is hard, not soft and chewy. Better off going to other boba shops

Boba Town is a fantastic boba tea shop that serves an incredible mango banana shake. The shake is expertly blended to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. The sweetness of the mango complements the natural creaminess of the banana, resulting in a well-balanced flavor profile. The combination of mango and banana flavors creates a refreshing and delightful beverage that is perfect for a hot day or any time you're craving a fruity treat.
