Wonderful food with deep flavor that is healthy. The sizzling bon is amazing! I had spicy tuna with kimchi and it was delicious! The shop is simple and small but the food is top shelf!

Wow, Bonjuk and Bibimbap is awesome! My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. I can see why it’s one of the most popular chains from Korea. The restaurant was clean and modern looking inside, and the food was phenomenal. It was a healthy, lighter option compared to some other spots in the area. Our server was also super nice.We ordered the mushroom + bulgogi bibimbap and seafood pancake. Both were absolutely delicious, and I look forward to coming back again soon. The chicken ginseng soup was also very healing and tasty! There was some dates, rice and green beans in it which was a nice touch.

Some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Octopus and Bulgogi porridge was incredibly delicious and comforting. Service was also excellent. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great hot stone bimbimbop for about $18. There was only one server when we got there and it was busy on a Wednesday lunch during the lunch rush hour. It seems to be a popular chain in korea based off their own ad‍.

It hits the spot. Especially when you are under the weather. Place is clean presentation is good. Definitely a go to spot. If you are craving Korean porridge

The service was questionable. There was one person managing orders and cleaning tables. My group and I were waiting for someone to clean the empty tables of those who had already left for a long time. The ambiance was okay, plain and simple. As for the spicy seafood soups my group and I had, it was very sub-par. I would not come back for any of the tofu/seafood soups. The japchae was also very salty and so was my seafood soup. The side dishes were underwhelming. There are three sides provided- kimchi, fishcake, and mac. The kimchi was so salty and not authentic tasting. The fishcake was good. The red bean drink was good but I would not order again for the price of more than $7 w/ tax. It's nothing special. Next time I may go for the rice porridge but the service was underwhelming so I may take my business elsewhere.

The food are delicious with light and well-balanced seasoning. It leaves you feeling satisfied and your body feeling comfortable/recharged. I love their ginseng chicken porridge, the seafood pancake, bibimbap and the Korean soup. I wish the server would be a little more attentive to the customers (understandably that sometime it’s hard when there is only one server). They close a little too early (8:30 pm).

In my experience and view,, it seems like, all these good reviews are from their friends. It can’t be as good as good other hard working restaurant trying to get better. When I eat cheese burger combo meal less than $10, I have no complaints.I get full too.I'd like to give this place0 star if It's possible. In Korea, bonjuk advertised that their food amount is large in response to their uncommon price to competitors. It's barely small children portions. I also believe they used Chinese mushroom & vegetables which is a lot cheaper & unsafe than Korean or American. I guessed according to their food portion. McDonald, Wendy's , or fast food chain is worth more. Bonjuk's slogan is slow food. Which leads to better food than fast foods. This is not the case. These particular franchise is very very greedy. Their sides foods are only two little kinds and taste so bitter unlike side dishes in Korea. I would say, it's worse than happy meal. Korean foods are known for many kinds of side dishes unless their food is super good. Their side dishes are the worst in my life time experience. This place is shame for Koreans. I saw those non korean reviews. I'm so ashamed. They would feel a lot different if they go to popular Korean restaurants even around here. After all, this is worst Korean porridge & food compared to those in Korea & American. The worst Korean restaurant I've ever been worldwide. There are good Americans & bad ones. I feel like this place is ownedby bad Korean or imitators. I would report them to health department right away if I see any mishandling of foods or cockroaches in their place

My first time trying bibimbap and I'm glad it's at this place. Maybe because I came early but I was able to order right away and food came out fast as well. I got the Spicy Octopus Bibimbap to go and it was packaged really well. It came with a side of soup and banchan. Everything was so delicious! The vegetables were crunchy and fresh. The octopus was tender and flavorful. The portion is huge, I think it could have fed two people but I was hungry and it was so tasty, that I finished it all. Even though it was a lot, I feel like the bibimbap is a healthy and nutritious option. I can't wait to come back and try their porridge.
