EVERY time we order nuggets with the sauce (more than 5 times so far), they always forget to give us the sauce. Today, I even paid extra money for the sauce to ensure it is included in today's order, but they still managed to not give us the sauce. They never pick up their phone as well. Never ordering from this location again.

Horrible place. Had dinner at neighboring Ajisin noodle and car got immediately towed away. The towing guy insists receiving cash instead of card payment. They said the credit card machine is malfunctioning. And no printed receipt is given. Obviously it is a trap. I strongly doubt that the restaurant share that money. It takes only 10 minutes for my car to disappear from their garage. You can have that money. But I would definitely not recommend anyone to come to a place so thirsty of money that uses their 99% empty garage as a trap.

Today I went to Carl's Jr.'s 18237 Colima Rd., Rowland Heights, CA 91748 I only ordered three items. I left to take the food to my husband at work on his lunch when he received the bag he let me know that the burger was not in the bag. I had to drive all the way back to Carl's Jr.'s and when I got there I let them know what happened and they gave me the sandwich they knew that it was missing but I asked for my refund as well because I had to drive far and my husband is now missing his lunch since his lunch break is over, the girl that works there was very rude and would not give me my refund so I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager is not there not until 12 o'clock noon so I asked to speak to whoever was on duty and she told me that there is nobody on duty that is any type of manager that can help me. I the asked for her name and the manager's name and if she can give me the corporate number she refused to give me her name or the corporate number she only gave me the name of her manager which is Hillary and told me I had to come back later i told her I can't because I have to go to work so I asked for her name and the corporate number again she still refused to give it to me started to cuss and get louder and louder and said her name is on the receipt I said you can't just tell me your name she said no you could read then she closed the window and locked it and walked away. I stayed there thinking that she was going to get the number for me or call the manager and she ignored me for over 15 minutes when she came closer to the window I started talking and she finally came back and unlocked the window and opened it and told me she spoke to her manager and her manager said if I don't get out of the drive-through that she's going to call the cops on me I said I'm not saying I'm not going to leave I just would like the information that I requested which she still refused to give me. I started recording and when she saw that I started recording she started to calm down and said I'm not mad at you and I'm not yelling at you my voice was just raised and I didn't cuss...then she said even if I did cuss I'm still gonna have my hours I'm still gonna come to work nothing's gonna happen to me you're just making this a big deal making it harder on yourself. This was the most disrespectful and rude encounter I've ever had at a food establishment there was no wanting to make anything better, no I'm sorry, no nothing just cussing, yelling and awful customer service.

I went to this restaurant at night with my kids...I've never been greeted with a smile until today it was the best customer service this young lady had the most beautiful smile very professional and I asked for her name she said her name was Janelle I want to thank her for her service her manager should thank her because of her I will continue to come back I hope her smile rubs of to all her co workers. Thank you Janelle for your service! Pss...mangers give this girl a raise!
