Little Pan was a delicious stop for some Shanghainese cuisine. The star of the show was definitely the Stone-cooked Tasty Pebble Crispy Grass Carp. The fish was cooked with hot rocks in a sizzling pot. The texture was bouncy it almost felt like thinly sliced pork belly. For the stir-fry, I opted for the Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the black pepper sauce had a nice kick without being overpowering. The Szechuan Style Chicken in Chili Sauce was another winner. The chicken was juicy and well-coated in a spicy and flavorful sauce. It was the perfect level of heat.Little Pan's mini pan-fried buns are a must-try! I had two varieties: the beef with a refreshing pineapple drink and the pork with a unique specialty orange drink. Both were delicious, with soft and fluffy dough encasing savory fillings. The drinks attached to the bowl of buns was a cool gimmick. To finish off the meal, I had a Tanghulu - Hawthorne. This candied hawthorn berry on a skewer was a sweet and tangy treat, a perfect ending to a satisfying meal.Overall, Little Pan was a great experience. The food was delicious and authentic, and the service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for some Shanghainese cuisine!

It was actually pretty good. Better than I thought. Friendly service too. I wish they had a physical menu for easier ordering process. The bao (生煎包)was a bit misleading: Looked like regular size on the picture but were actually very small when it came, therefore overpriced.

4.5 out 5 solid Changsha / Hunan cuisine. All dishes were tasty but nothing really stood out. We ordered the bullfrog and chicken pot - it was tasty but lacked some flavors. The stinky tofu was surprisingly as close as it gets to the ones I’d get in the streets of Changsha. The decor was really reminiscent of old Changsha streets and was the highlight.

The pan-fried pork was undercooked, and it was undercooked again. The pork filling in the middle was raw, and it was undercooked after being cooked twice. It was a big deviation! Then after we checked out 0 tips, the waiter asked us why we didn’t leave a tip.

I made the pan-fried buns twice and they were not cooked yet, so you still want a tip? Isn’t it the most basic thing to cook the rice well? Food Raw, didn’t cook well for even second time, avoid this place!

Clean, comfortable environment.Very attentive server.Good was hit or miss, but the highly recommended dishes were all exceptional. Stick with the couple great staples (spicy pot bullfrog, pan fried dumplings, pickled cucumber), and you will be impressed. Bullfrog is very juicy and tender. I'm surprised they can find fresh bullfrog meat here in USA?!

Do remember not go there on Tuesday as on Tuesday the little pan would not be offered

It's hard to find a Chinese restaurant in the United States without bad reviews. I discovered it today, so give it a try. Sure enough, it lived up to expectations! The whole family is very satisfied. The crispy Anhui fish is really a must-have. The pan-fried dishes are also very good. I forgot to take a picture of the chicken flying and the frog jumping, it’s good. Going to have another meal tomorrow. Check to see if other dishes are available online. The dining environment is very nice and clean, and the taste of the dishes is appropriate. In fact, I imagine Hunan cuisine should be spicier. I hope to make it spicier tomorrow!

This place serves very good stir fried frogs and pan fried buns. Reasonable price and very good services too. I hope their business can last as the place has not been busy. So try while they still exist...

First off don’t expect anyone to explain any of the items to you, the menu doesn’t tell you so it is what it is.Cold spicy chicken had peanut sauce.Ordered rainbow dumplings, and the workers said that the dumplings were random and they aren’t color coded. This really upset me because they ask about allergies but aren’t accommodating. Didn’t even know what was what or even offer to figure it out. The workers just straight up said it’s random until I told him it has to be color coded because I’m allergic to fish. Then he finally asked and the RED ONE HAS FISH!To top it off to make it even worse their items aren’t even cooked all the way.Their corn cheese is not stringy like the picture and pork variety dumplings is average. These two were an interesting taste. The beef rolls are better, though the beef is on the drier side. The best thing here is the mini dumpling. Perfect proportion.Ambiance is simple. If there was a line I’m telling you it’s not worth it.

First time for us experiencing Changsha cuisine (a sub-part of Hunan cuisine, known for dishes even spicier than Szechuan cuisine). We tried several of its signature dishes such as tiny mini pan fried pork buns, pan fried buns with cream cheese (slightly sweet), river-stone boiling wagyu beef, and three side dishes. All were uniquely different than Hunan dishes we were familiar with and all were fresh and tasty. The cold dish of cucumbers with garlic and peanuts were so fresh and good. Note: we asked for no hot chili for our dishes, and I’m sure the food would’ve been even better if we had them prepared with hot chili. Also, the service was very friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend everyone to try this unique cuisine, especially for those who like very spicy food.Vegetarian options: Limited options for vegetarians here.Parking: This mall is dying due to the ever lasting road works due to the Alameda Corridor project, so with many of its tenants moved out, there were plenty of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to roam.

The frog is great!! Stinky tofu is flavorful and crispy, yummy! Fish with rocks was delightful, interesting texture. Definitely worth trying. The buns are good too. Really good service.

If your life needs some spicing up, this would be your place! Ordered the fried rice, cold chicken, noodles, and grape drink. All very good as usual. Came here for the pan fried dumplings but the chef was out sick. Service is on the slower end today due to less staff. It is a good causal place for great food!

I tried this place through my delivery app and I liked it a lot. Their pan fried buns are pretty decent and they come with mini size too! I like the chicken and frog pot cause i love spicy frog! The fish pot was yummy since it's freshly made on your table! Their jasmine soy milk is really refreshing to pair with spicy food. They also offer free raffle game if you spend $50&above. Or if you have student ID then you can get a free rice dish. I would come again!

Absolutely wonderful customer service, and incredible bullfrog! I LOVE bullfrog and this is the best I've ever had. Cooked to soft and buttery perfection with big cuts of meat and a good spice level. There's a reason this place has darn near 5 stars. This is a cannot-miss restaurant in this area.
