First of all thats why i leave this as a super bad feedback because of the cashier of this store it was in there still because she trying to blame to my wife and trying to pretend thats she was innocent she yelling my wife and she trying to smash her hand in the front of their desk to blame my wife and my wife have wrong order and i was in there she's not focussing to the customer order and the super visor told us that they gonna make sure that they are not tolerating that but everytime that i see that store that lady was still in there and no action!

The shrimp walnut on bun is a little dry. Unlike the chicken, looks like the shrimp patty is probably premade or from frozen. It's a little dry and not very juicy or bouncy. The sauce is sweet, so if you like sweet-ish sandwiches this is for you, if not then probably won't like it. The chicken sandwich was spot on. Should stick with chicken. Looks like the place is popular with family with kids. Not a ton of tables inside but they were all occupied.

This place has great food if you're looking for a high quality chicken sandwich for wings. Seriously, I was surprised when I tried it.Will come back. Highly recommend The burger is really good!

The best chicken sandwich !! Especially with extra sauce & the fries are yummy as well. The popcorn chicken was good but I'm definitely coming back for their chicken sandwiches.

3.5/5Not bad! Got the spicy chicken ($10) dark meat, VERY SPICY level and it had a kick. It's not your typical hot chicken place where the very spicy level is actually very spicy. This was tolerable, I would label it as a medium spice level. I wouldn't order anything less if you like spice. Chicken was pretty plump and the batter/breading was crispy.Bf was trying to ask how the spice levels were and the cashier didn't speak english so we probably were better off ordering from the kiosk. The food took at least 15 minutes for it to be done.Overall, I would consider coming back.

This review is not in reflection of the food. This review is in reflection to their business practice, but I'll provide a review of the food first:Since the grand debut of chicken sandwich shops such as Chick-fil-A and Popeyes, the quality of flavor and ingredients has skyrocketed exponentially in order to stay relevant. Chicken Bun Bun is not only relevant but provides a unique and interesting take on their sandwich which truly should be sought after. They offer chicken sandwiches but with the option to customize it to your liking. This would include spice level, light or extra anything (sauce, pickles, slaw), and most importantly, dark or white meat! The food is made cook to order so expect to wait a decent amount of time especially if it's peak lunch or dinner times. Trust me, the wait is worth it because it will come out crispy, crunchy, hot, and delicious! So why the poor review? The poor review is not in reflection of the food, it's in reflection of the poor experience I had with purchasing sauces (that I paid for) and upon opening the bag when I had already arrived home, then noticed that they gave me different sauces then what I had PAID for. I decided to drive back and inform them of this modest mistake; instead, the employee explained to me that they "swapped" the sauces out because they were out of honey mustard. This was never communicated to me when I picked up my order the first time around. Mind you that there's a difference between asking for free sauces (at McDonald's) vs. paying for them (at Bun Bun). You don't just "swap" a purchased item out and not tell anyone because you're out of it. It was a modest and subtle issue that could have easily been resolved by just communicating that to me. Instead, they just decided to change what i had PAID for out of their own accord.Very minor thing, but the way it was handled made my first interaction and impression of this place distasteful. As good as their sandwiches are, there's nothing more distrusting than the feeling of having to fumble through a fast food bag to make sure what you got is actually what you receive (anyone who's ordered fast food or to-go knows that feeling that I'm talking about..)

Came in for late lunch around 4pm on a Friday & it was empty. We had stopped by on a whim for a late lunch when we discovered this place on Yelp.Although like others have said, this parking lot absolutely sucks so just be aware when you come during prime time (there's a hidden lot behind the Galleria if you can't find any spots). The cashier was friendly & I'm guessing he was the owner or one of owners. He was helpful & responsive with any questions we had.We ordered two combos, one regular & one spicy, as well as two teas. The chicken sandwiches themselves were juicy & flavorful. The spicy actually had a bit of a kick but nothing too crazy. The house sauce was zesty & tangy, & they came with a buttload of fries. The teas were also pretty refreshing & came in those quality tall cups.To be honest, it was a little bit on the pricier side, but the food itself was pretty good & with prices in general high across the board, I'd say this location deserves a try if you enjoy chicken sandwiches or fried chicken in general.

Would give a 0 star if I can. The worse service ever. I ve been there a few times with different stuff taking my orders. They all talked like people own them money. Jesus what's wrong with them.

If I could leave zero star I would because this place didn't deserve any stars. The fountain drink has bleach smell and taste funny. When we tell the store staff their attitude is kind of rude. They said "oh, its always taste like that". Normal customer service will be offering a solution but the staff its acting like its not their problem. Food is ok not worth the price we are paying. It will be a one time only visit for me and definitely not recommended this place to anyone due to their poor service response.

The variety on your menu is truly outstanding. The crispy, perfectly seasoned coating on the chicken had just the right amount of crunch, and the meat inside was juicy and flavorful. The sides were equally amazing; the coleslaw was fresh and tangy, and the fries were golden and addictive. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to address any inquiries. The ambiance of the place, with its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, made the whole experience even more enjoyable.I have to say, your fried chicken is now my new guilty pleasure! I'll definitely be returning for more, and I'm already recommending your place to all my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for treating my taste buds to such a delightful experience!

Food is great, staff doesn't really interact with you. I usually use the kiosk to order and last night a $6.22 tip was added to my total without notice. The screen just said "time for payment" and I got the receipt, noticing the tip was added. My total went from ~$35 to ~$41 I support the staff and usually tip wherever I go but I would've liked to have been given the option to choose or at least have been made aware of what tip was being added to my total. Other than that everything else is great.

My son loves fried chicken sandwiches so we're always on the look out for new great places. Chicken Bun Bun is a small place that has crispy chicken sandwiches, chicken wraps, fried chicken, wings, tenders and different options for fries. We got spicy chicken and regular (not spicy). It was really tasty but be warned...spicy is spicy (and we got the medium spice). We made ours a combo and got fries with ours. They have curly fries, waffle fries and regular (crinkle cut) fries, onion rings and cheese sticks. The portions (chicken sandwich and fries) and so large, we could have probably shared it! The buns were soft, fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a great experience. We thought the food was tasty and that it was priced just right. Make sure you get extra sauce on the side and eat it at the restaurant so it stays nice, hot and crispy! Workes were nice and friendly. Definitely coming back again for our fried chicken sandwich fix!
