Not the best for on time order. I ordered on line at 12:18 and said it will be ready in 22 minutes. I was at the store at 12:35 pm and was told to wait for 5 minutes. After 20 minutes my order not ready yet so I requested them to cancel it and walk away.

This Dominos location serves best pizza. Been to many different places but this one is the best. They are not cheap with ingredients. Pizzas get done fast, employees are very attentive. I ordered numerous times from this location and have to get pizza from here when i am in the area. Keep up the good work guys, Thank

I asked for extra topping and I paid $9.50 extra and I received less topping,I called to complain and I asked for a manager, what the manager told me that if I asked for extra topping I'll get less even if I paid more ???This is B.S.

Ordered from this Dominos location yesterday (Nogalas). This is what I found in my food when I got home. Of course I then contacted the store and spoke with the manager. I didn't have time to go back to get a replacement pizza so they offered me a gift certificate for next time. I will not be coming back here, why would I want a gift certificate? I did not receive an apology for receiving hairy pizza and they refused to refund me for this pizza that I will NOT be eating. No other alternative solutions were offered. The tone in the manager's voice was very annoyed when he spoke, he kept saying "so do you want the gift certificate or not?" It looks like someone's pubic hairs. This is a health hazard. I will be reporting this to the Department of Public Health because this place is absolutely disgusting.

After moving here two years ago and ordering on a regular basis the quality and wait times have gone downhill. I ordered the free "emergency pizza" and wings this time and was excited to get what initially felt like a thank you after all the money/orders I have given this location. I ordered at 5PM and received at 27-32 minutes estimate. I arrived at 5:40PM and was told to come back in 40 minutes. The online pizza tracker and the text alerts were obviously not working properly because I received a text that my pizza was done at 8:03PM even though I had to call myself and picked it up at 7:50PM. When I arrived my order had clearly been sitting there for quite some time as it was cold. The pizza barely had toppings and was oily in the box. To top this miserable experience off the dominos employee was clearly disgruntled and so rude. I don't know if this was because I ordered a free pizza and just wings this time but there is no excuse in my opinion for that type service. We will clearly be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza from 803 w whittier Blvd montebello horriable service I noticed had been awhile called up to see what was taking so long had been over an hr.she explained it was already deliverd I looked out the pizza was left on my front door no phone call no knock at the Door nothing..spoke to the Mgr she was no help .

Tried ordering on the app. and used a gift card to pay for the pizzas. When I tried to pick up the pizzas, the person said that my order didn't go through. Thinking that I just lost the money from the gift card, I was upset. Turns out the gift card was never charged. So I had to reorder our pizzas. Trying to save time by ordering online ended up wasting time. The upside of the story is that the staff at the store went out of the way to make sure that I was happy and that my order was correct. Great job, guys. Oh yeah, the pizzas were done perfectly and were absolutely delicious.
