They have a happy hour deal, but workers are pretty rude about it, saying drinks need to be exactly the same. Same sugar level, same toppings, they may have well said we need to dress the same to get the deal. Drink was okay

The drink and food here is very good and always crowded. While waiting for the order, I saw 2 cars got towed for parking in the residential spot of the apartment nearby. Both customers are coming to buy boba. Make sure you read before you park!
