I made the mistake of not checking my order while it was late at night going thru the drive thru. And when I got home, I got 1 box of chicken (8 pieces) instead of 2 boxes (16 pieces) which I ordered. I thought about going back or call to complain, but who would believe me. So I write this negative review to inform everyone to check their order to make sure every item you ordered are provided. This type of mistake is totally unacceptable to a paying customer! The food is excellent, but you get that horrible feeling .....

I just arrived at approximately 12:30 pm 07-26-24 to buy a queso guacamole chicken burrito through the drive tru at this location no if they were wrong oh that's their service but how terrible I ordered a chicken burrito and they only gave me rice and bean I'm just passing through why I'm going to work I can't go back right now but it's not fair what they do that makes you pay for your food believing that they are giving you what you asked for
