Poor customer service. If you plan on changing anything don't. They are incapable of making subs to taste or apologizing for there mistakes. Friend is allergic to onions ordered a sandwich with no onions and it was loaded. When I went to have it redone not even an "I'm sorry." Great subs just don't change it up.

I can't really speak for the location itself because we got catering for our office. The sandwich, cookies/brownies, salad, chips and soda/lemonade came promptly. The quality of the food was fresh. The sandwich was a bit salty though... but that's how pastrami is made. The bread was soft and there was a lot of meat. The salad contained only lettuce, tomato and cheese. It came with ranch and Italian dressing. Desserts were great! The oatmeal cookies were gone quickly. We were full from lunch. I wouldn't say I would drive out of my way for a sandwich though. It didn't stand out to me in a particular way.

Firehouse Subs is definitely one of the better fast food chains, and I am glad we have one close to our house. It is located on Colima right next to The Habit and Mali Street Food. Parking is usually not an issue. The restaurant is pretty adorable and family friendly if you want to dine inside as the theme reflects the charity they support: firefighters! There are murals of fire trucks and service dogs, and there are also plastic red firefighters hats if you have children you might enjoy that kind of thing. The service is slower than Subway, but the extra five minutes of wait time is definitely worth it considering how much tastier the sandwiches are! I usually get the Engineer, which is perfect especially if you like turkey and mushrooms. The employees have always been nice and friendly to me, and I have been here a handful of times this year. One thing that could definitely be better is their price point. I paid over $15 for a large sandwich and a drink, which is ok - but a bit expensive for a fast food joint. Many of the restaurants in the area are more affordable for gourmet meals, so the price is a bit to swallow. Still, I enjoyed it enough and will definitely consider revisiting when I'm not on a budget. Lastly, there is very limited outdoor seating if you want to bring your dog. The heat has been quite unbearable lately, but I might return in October with my pup!

The subs are delicious...bread is warm, cuts and cheese taste fresh and they add just the right amount of condiments to the sandwich. The subs are just very well made. And to top it off, the restaurant area is always so clean. Prefer Firehouse to Subway, Jimmy John's and other popular chains. Highly recommended.

Great location! Staff is always friendly and service is fast here. I recently found out I could order pick up online. They estimated my order would be ready at 6:24 and as I'm walking in at 6:24 the employee asked if I ordered online and that she had everything ready. This place is worth it especially for a quick lunch.

So I've been to different FireHouse Subs and almost always order the Hook & Ladder and made it a combo (chips and Freestyle Med. drink). However at this location for some reason "Make it a Combo"comes with a small drink. What an unpleasant surprise it left me shocked, appalled and dismayed. That the owner/manager who took my order would alter the drink size. It would definitely make me think twice to add "Make it a Combo" to my order. Wow!!!

One of my favorite sandwich spots near my work. I love sandwiches and Firehouse does such a great job every time. The service is pretty great overall, no complaints from me. The two that I've gotten the most was the Hook & Ladder and the Hero Sub. Both are delicious sandwiches and made very well. Decided to switch things up a bit today and ordered the Engineer. The turkey and sauteed mushrooms really caught my attention and this sandwich did not fail me either, super delicious and probably up there with the other two sandwiches that I get. Will be back!

Vivek was absolutely wonderful yesterday. It was refreshing to see someone who talks to customers and looks like they enjoy their job. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and greeted me warmly. I also really appreciate that my food was out fast, exactly as I ordered, and this location is also really clean. This is definitely my favorite sub place :)

I have been here over eight times,and I like the Turkey bacon ranch and the Heros,the viggie sandwich as well,by the way,every time I will pick a small chips too,it is delicious.
