I tried many fried rice noodles after I came to LA. This is the best one I have ate. it’s the first time I had a fried rice noodle just right as my childhood taste. Will come here again.
The best place for rice noodles.I recommend starting off with an appetizer :) Either the cucumber salad or potato salad. It's also a nice palette cleanser when you eat your entree. If you really want an authentic experience, try their old friend noodle soup. Ask for mild if you've never had it since it can be pretty spicy. I ordered 2 servings of the signature Guilin rice noodles, one dry and one soup. Personally, I feel that the taste seems very light. The soup Guilin rice noodles is to pour the accompanying soup into the rice noodle bowl The taste seems to be relatively ordinary, but the rice noodle is still delicious There are quite a lot, there are round noodles and flat noodles to choose from, and the dining environment is not bad. But the taste is mediocre ?
