Hanshin Pocha opening in Rowland means I no longer have to drive all the way to K-Town when I’m craving Korean bar food. I’ve been to the original location many times, so I’m really glad they expanded.

For me, the must-orders are the spicy squid and the cheese hot plates. The rice was fun to mix and tasted decent, nothing mind-blowing but still satisfying.

The fried chicken was just okay — a little on the dry side IMO— but still...

Affordable & Authentic Korean Late-Night Spot in Rowland Heights

Hanshin Pocha is a hidden gem in Rowland Heights! Located in the same plaza as the seafood boil place, this Korean eatery serves late-night meals that feel straight out of Seoul. The vibes are fun and casual, with lots of Korean locals dining in groups.

We paid less than $30 per person and still had leftovers to bring home!
