At one point, she was scooping out chunks of what sounded like ice before pouring it in the cup. When we got home, my daughter took a sip and spit out a shard of black plastic from the frappe. Disgusting. We won't be back.

I worked here for less than a week years ago.Food safety practices were terrible, if I didn't put any perishable back into the fridge the owner would just leave it out for hours.One time we ran out of soymilk and I saw the owner refilling the empty carton with almond milk.Lastly the blenders had gunk in-between the blenders.Working there was the worst I just couldn't stay.

First time at the place. Friendly and attentive service. The menu board was hard to read but the Top Summer List with vibrant images caught my attention. We ordered drinks from that board. Very satisfied with the choices.

Forgot to take a photo of my boba here, but the yogurt slushie with fruit on top is absolutely AMAZING. Best yogurt slushie I've had in forever! My sister and I love this place and it has also become a favorite hub of high schoolers / returning college students to hang out due to the nice outdoor patio space as well. The boba is nice and chewy, the yogurt slush is perfectly flavored and not too sweet, and I absolutely see myself coming back here again and again.

I've tried several drinks from this place and they've all been pretty good. Granted this is not one of those fancy boba places but still offers a lot of variety and the boba tastes just right, not too hard or too soft. Service is fast and the owner is always very nice and attentive.

So frustrated. I love this brand of Boba. But my go to branch is in West Covina. But tried this Nogales branch cause it was near. Ordered strawberry Macha milk tea with boba and strawberry popping BUT no popping boba was added. I had to get two large glasses because they didn't have the xtra large size. So frustrating that they cant uphold the standards of the brand. This branch needs to be careful cause i paid for the extra add ons that I requested. Hays
Wife loves to order their bibimbap (sp) I prefer their stews :^)

Definitely not a boba place I’d frequent. The drinks here taste fine, but they lack customization of ice and sweetness level. The boba here is not chewy at all and feels more like jelly. The service was incredibly slow despite lack of customers. Really disappointing experience. There are plenty of boba places around here to pick one, so I’d go for a different one.

Visited Bobatime on Tuesday 6th September 2022. Place was clean and our server very helpful. Hubby ordered Mango Shaved Ice for me, I didn't want no boba, it had condensed milk and Mango Shaved Ice delicious. He ordered Strawberry Shave Ice and enjoyed it as well. Definitely will return again.

I’m go to the high school that is near there and go there right after my classes and everyone there is super nice and even though sometime you get your order slow but it’s because a lot of teens from my high school is there and there is only 2 people working there so it not a big problem
