Jersey Mike's Subs

I asked for rosemary parm bread, they told they didn't have any so I had to get wheat instead. I asked if they'd have more bread tomorrow and she said they have it now it just takes a few minutes to bake. If that was the case why did't she tell me that earlier?? I would've preferred to wait rather than get a lackluster sandwich.

Went to order & the employee went from cleaning the bathroom to making the subs without washing his hands. Won't be going back to this location.

The Italian sub and chips and drinks are so good! You can also see the employees slicing the meat. There is a variety of chips like Hot cheetos, Miss Vickies, and Lays. I highly recommend this place.

Does Jersey Mike’s offers great sandwiches prices are a little extreme even with all the inflation. I feel like Jersey Mike’s put tariffs on all their subways. A giant is $20 now crazy crazy crazy if it wasn’t for the prices, I’d come more often, but I probably only come here like twice a year. The parking is very limited. City Of Industry is always jampacked with traffic. Colima Boulevard is terrible. It’s in a very hidden spot even then they’re still very busy on the weekends.

I go to jersey mikes locations often and this one in particular do not know how to cook or toast when requested. All I received was a cold sandwich, attitude and employees trying to get their order out asap without giving effort

My boyfriend and I always come to this location and the food and service is always great. Today (5/05) at little after 1pm we came and this girl we've never seen before was serving us. I noticed she was just grabbing fistfulls of the toppings and literally throwing them onto our sandwiches. When I went to eat my sub it was cut crooked and not even all the way through, the bread was soggy from how much vinegar and oil she put on it and it was so overpacked with an unnecessary amount of toppings that it fell apart when I picked it up. We also noticed her walking out 5 minutes after we did meaning she rushed our order so she can clock out quicker. We went back inside and ordered another one because I wasn't going to eat the mess she gave me and the lady that remade it didn't rush through it which I appreciate. I don't like to leave bad reviews but first girl's service sucked and we ended up wasting money on the first sub and paying for a whole new one. Please encourage better service within your team cause we love this location ?

I had the best experience with the nicest employee working @ Jersey Mike's! I wish I would've got her name but she was very polite & patient with my orders! City of Industry is where I went & I'll continue going to this location because of her! ☺️

Sandwich was delicious as usual however the manager is extremely rude! She's not very welcoming at all and seems to get upset when you order extra items as extra mayo & mustard or asked for her to cut the sandwich & she kinda rolled her eyes ? Not friendly at all!!
