Kyochon Chicken Rowland Heights

I don't drink soda, so I tried to get a water bottle with my 5pc combo. The menu explicitly states that you can change to a different drink for an upcharge, but the new guy working the register told me repeatedly that it was impossible to sell me a water bottle under any circumstances despite the fact that the fridge was fully stocked right behind him.

There's also no way to just get a 5pc without also buying a combo and thus a soda, which I don't drink, so after some back and forth I gave up on wings and tried to order a chicken sandwich instead— which, for some reason, they were not selling. I didn't stick around to ask why not as this seemed a clear sign that my endeavor to purchase chicken from a chicken restaurant was a lost cause.

It was a laughably frustrating experience overall and I ended up having to go elsewhere in order to get served. Management should ensure that new employees get the support they need instead of being thrown into the lions den alone, but of course proper training and support take money away from the owner's vacation home so that pretty much never happens.

Tl;dr This place is probably great if you can successfully purchase food, but I tried very hard to do so once and I won't be going out of my way to try again.

The location in Rowland Heights has a cozy vibe. The portions are generous, and the menu has great variety. I come here whenever I want comfort food and good company. Highly recommend it for a casual night out!

I’ve been coming to Kyochon Chicken for years, and it never disappoints. Whether I’m craving their spicy chicken or the classic original, the quality is always top-notch. The unique double-frying technique gives the chicken an unbeatable crunch, and the flavors are always on point. The sides, like the pickled radish and kimchi, are perfect complements. Great food and excellent service every time!

Visited Kyochon and was impressed with the quality of their chicken. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back!

Some people said the chicken is dry so I was worried but after coming here twice we must be going to different restaurant because the chicken here is moist and flavorful. It's spicy without being overwhelming. I thought the cheeseballs with chocolate would not taste good but they are great I recommend this flavor over the regular cheese one. The price is decent for the amount of chicken you get and the radish side dish you get with the chicken enhances the flavor too. I just wish they offered samples of their flavors and had a better rewards system. Overall a great find in a city filled with chicken places. The only criticism I have is they should offer mixed chicken platters so we can try all flavors at once.

Korean-style chicken restaurant located in Laurent Heights. You can taste the taste of Korean Kyochon Chicken. The size of the chicken is larger than that of Korea.

It took over 25 minutes for 5 piece of wings when there was no other customers!!

We love this place the chicken is super delicious. We get the half soy garlic and hot, very spicy and delicious that red hot. The prices are pretty good for a korean chicken place. I was paying $89@ this other place for less chicken. We get the whole chicken 2 orders of rice and they give you pickled radishes with your order, I was so upset when we went back and got this tiny sauce container of radish when they had a larger portion, but it is what it is. I will be going back always and the staff are pretty friendly and kind and it's always super clean, very important.

The dine in experience is way to. The red series honey series and yangyum is a must try ! The garlic butter rice is also great. The beer is relatively cheap so check that out !
